Located in the town of Grand Bend. 3 outdoor decks with tables, chairs, umbrellas and 2 Natural Gas BBQ's for all your cooking needs. 2 fully equipped and stocked indoor kitchens plus kitchenette in the suite. Huge multi acre treed & landscaped property that goes back to the Old Ausable River. Easy walk to any of the 4 Grand Bend beaches. Three bathrooms inside 2 with tubs one with shower, one bathroom at the pool house with outdoor hot water shower. 7 bedrooms for privacy. 1 single, 1 double, 4 queen, 2 king and pull out sofas. Three large 42" TV's with cable. Take nice leisurely walks around the large property or any of the local trails.
Book now as this is one of the very few large licensed rentals in the area and the only one with your own heated pool.
