(4 season availability) Our bright and beautiful LAKEFRONT Beach house is the perfect place to relax with Friends and Family to enjoy Ontario's West Coast and Lake Hurons' Famous Sunsets! Unwind, Skip some Stones down at the shore, watch Eagles soar, sailboats float by and enjoy the Sun at our private beach house. Cozy up and light a fire at night, inside or out at the Bluffs Private Viewing Area as the Sun sets gently on magnificent Lake Huron. Gathering friends and loved ones around for a relaxing night, gentle breeze and stellar Star Gazing after the sun rests itself, is a definite MUST! The Bluffs beach house was built uniquely "Round", for optimal Panoramic Views of Lake Huron and its spectacular SUNSETS! Sit a top of the Bluffs and enjoy what National Geographic-ranked as home to the "WORLD'S Best Sunsets"! This unique home is a two story with an observation window at top and main floor panoramic windows providing spectacular viewing of Lake Huron wonders all year round. Perfectly situated back on the edge of the Bluffs, you can witness breathtaking Sunsets, Sunrises and Glorious Stary nights from the cozy Muskoka chairs at the Bluffs firepit and viewing area. The Beach house is equipped with all modern amenities. Unlimited WiFi (great for remote work), Full Kitchen, (sorry no dishwasher). BBQ, Laundry, Cozy Wood fireplace, Furnace, A/ C, TV smart tv, many indoor games, outdoor games, Kayaks, Large private back yard for many outdoor games and a Trampoline (fun for all)!

NOTE: This is a Family Lake House, located on the Bluffs in a quiet neighbourhood on a dead end street. Muskoka chairs and gorgeous fire pit overlooking Lake Huron, Private access to your Beach area. 4min to Bayfield Square. Local food and amenities. This is a true Waterfront home on the Bluffs. Many families with children have enjoyed themselves but, children must be supervised at all times.
This is not a party house. If you are looking for that, this is not the place for you. All families and pre approved pets welcome!
The cottage sleeps 8 comfortably, with 4 bedrooms (2 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Bunk bed with 2 singles & Trundle bed with 2 single beds. There is also a pullout sofa bed in the basement game room area- shuffle board /fooze ball). Fresh Linens, bed pillows and blankets are provided. Beach towels you will need to bring. House towels ONLY are provided. Laundry available. There are 1.5 bathrooms. A full shower/tub bathroom accessible from the master bedroom or hallway. Also a vanity bathroom upstairs. A professional cleaning company with hospital grade cleaning supplies and protocols is provided after every stay.
Sunset Bluffs is the Perfect Escape for you to gather with your loved ones and enjoy the private surf and sand complete with stunning Sunsets an Quaint local festivities and a good 'Ol Muskoka Chairs with Spectacular World Renowned Sky viewing!
There are many local activities to enjoy. The Historic Hamlet of Bayfield is only 4mins away, where you will find Renowned art galleries, Quaint shops, 5 star Restaurants, Golf, Hiking, Boating (Marina to dock your water wheels 2min down the road). There are many local festivals, Huron County Playhouse, markets, Wine and beer tours, Music events and Seasonal festivities all year round! So much to enjoy. Our off season activities are just as plentiful to experience!
