5 minutes to Port Carling, 11 minutes to Port Sandfield, 15 minutes to Bracebridge! Super close to both Lake Joseph and Lake Muskoka, ideal for exploring the Muskoka area!

ARTHURLIE POINT COTTAGE - Drive right up to this picture-perfect Waterfront cottage just outside of Port Carling. The level grassy land is great for kids to play or easy water access for all ages. The lovely decking at the front of the cottage provides lots of area to sit and read a book or use the new Weber barbeque and dine outside at one of the tables! Take a few steps across the lawn to the private waterfront, sand and shallow walk-in. Endless water fun for the little ones. Off to one side of the waterfront is the Lakeside Bunkie and the single slip Boathouse with upper accommodations. Watch the ducks and enjoy swimming, canoeing, peddle boating, paddleboarding, windsurfing or rowing or just floating in the 5 person dinghy!
