GENERAL INFO: Lakefront Cottage on Riley Lake in Muskoka, located 35 minutes from Gravenhurst, Ontario. Three Bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. Large kitchen comes complete with Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Makers, and Popcorn Machine. Four-piece Bathroom has a Tub/Shower combo and Laundry Room has full sized Washer and Dryer. Large screen TV in the living room. Unlimited Wi Fi with excellent reception. Rental includes a propane BBQ, Private Deck, Dock, Paddle Boat, and Canoe. Life Jackets and boating safety equipment are included with both boats. Motorized fishing boats are sometimes available for rent, locally. Non-smoking home, on a level lot with Western Exposure and ample parking. Great fishing (Bass, Pike, and Pickerel). There is a mandatory Cleaning Fee of $175.00 for any length of stay. There are smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit to give you an added degree of comfort in terms of safety. Please note that the Municipal Accommodations Tax (MAT) is a mandatory 4% tax that must be charged on all rentals. However, neither the Rental Fee nor the Cleaning Fee are subject to GST/HST, so the prices listed are subject to only the MAT.

| AMAZING experience!! The owners were fair, honest, and lovely. A beautiful indoor space with plenty of room for everyone to relax on their own, or as a large group. A stunning view from EVERY room in the cottage with a gorgeous view of the lake and the surrounding scenery. The outdoor space was fantastic, with a variety of seating areas for everyone and 2 docks to tan, jump off of, and enjoy the view! The equipment provided was in great condition and very useful to explore the lake and make memories. The kitchen was perfect and equipped with everything you need to prepare perfect meals for everyone! Overall, such a memorable experience and we would love to return in the future!!

| Our family had a wonderful stay at the Fearnley family's lakefront cottage. The introductory video was very helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the cottage was even nicer in person than it appeared in the video.
Everything that was promised was exactly as described, with no unexpected surprises. The cottage was exceptionally clean, tidy, and free of clutter both inside and out. There were several cozy and inviting spaces to relax, whether enjoying a morning coffee, reading a book, or spending time together as a family.
The waterfront was one of the highlights of our stay. The dock provided easy access to the lake, and the floating raft was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Even though the weather was unusually cold during our visit, the water was surprisingly warm and made for some great swimming.
There was also plenty of parking, making it convenient for our family. Most importantly, we felt the cottage offered outstanding value for the money. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing lakefront getaway.

| This cottage met all our needs and more. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The lake is beautiful and quiet. The fishing was great and you can swim or lounge all day. We had all the amenities we needed and made some amazing memories. Great for young families looking to get away. Can't recommend this cottage enough.

| Great stay in such an idyllic setting! We had great weather, swam in the lovely refreshing lake and cooked on the BBQ. It doesn't get better than that!

| This waterfront cottage was everything we hoped for and more. The property is absolutely breathtaking, peaceful, private, and with the most stunning views of the water. It honestly felt like something out of a postcard.
The cottage itself was spotless, beautifully laid out, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into every detail.
The hosts were truly incredible. So friendly, welcoming, and full of wonderful stories that made the whole experience even more special. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
We spent our mornings enjoying coffee by the water and our evenings watching the sunset. It was pure perfection and we didn't want to leave.
If you're looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway with amazing hosts and unbeatable views, this is the place. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for having us!
