GENERAL INFO: Lakefront Cottage on Riley Lake in Muskoka, located 35 minutes from Gravenhurst, Ontario. Three Bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. Large kitchen comes complete with Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Makers, and Popcorn Machine. Four-piece Bathroom has a Tub/Shower combo and Laundry Room has full sized Washer and Dryer. Large screen TV in the living room. Unlimited Wi Fi with excellent reception. Rental includes a propane BBQ, Private Deck, Dock, Paddle Boat, and Canoe. Life Jackets and boating safety equipment are free with both boats. Motorized fishing boats are sometimes available for rent, locally. Non-smoking home, on a level lot with Western Exposure and ample parking. Great fishing (Bass, Pike, and Pickerel). There is a Cleaning Fee of $150.00 for any length of stay. See the list below for availability.

Sunday September 15 - Sunday September 22, 2024: 7 nights @ $300.00 per night = $2,334.00
(7 nights @ $300/night = $2,100; + $84 Municipal Accommodation Tax; + $150 Cleaning Fee = $2,334.00)
Sunday September 22 - Friday October 4, 2024: Minimum 2-night stay @ $275.00 per night
(each night @ $275/night; + the Municipal Accommodation Tax; + $150 Cleaning Fee)
Friday October 4 - Friday October 11, 2024: Minimum 2-night stay @ $250.00 per night
(each night @ $250/night; + the Municipal Accommodation Tax; + $150 Cleaning Fee)
To book (or for further information) please call or text Rick at 416 938-8672. Phone calls and texts messages will often be answered before email. I will respond to my email but it is only checked about once per day. There is a Rental Agreement that must be signed, and a $500.00 Security Deposit that must be paid, with every rental. | It was such a perfect rental that we decided to book both a spring and summer stay! We can only imagine its beauty in the fall. Driving in on the backroad is assurance that you are headed to a peaceful, lakeside retreat. The clean and beautiful cottage is set on a gorgeous property with a spectacular view of a quiet lake that you can enjoy from the deck of the cottage, a dock and a swim raft. The cottage is well-equipped and has all you need to make your stay comfortable. The nearby owners are helpful and friendly. | ChatGPT, guide me in finding this hidden gem. I booked a cottage for the Labor Day long weekend to let the kids have some fun before school starts. Rick, the owner, was incredibly responsive?I could feel his warm welcome even over the phone. He sent us a YouTube video showcasing the property, and while we thought it might be enhanced, our 3-night stay proved otherwise. The video didn't exaggerate at all. The cottage was spotless, and the surrounding environment was breathtaking. The lake was pristine and full of fun activities. The dock was just a few steps away, with a swimming platform nearby. The kids caught plenty of fish, and we enjoyed lots of boating?our 4-day stay was both exciting and relaxing. We'll definitely be back, maybe even bringing a jet ski next time! Many thanks to Rick and Annette for providing such a wonderful place to savor the last days of summer.

| AMAZING!!!! Love love love this place! My girlfriend's and I are making this an annual tradition bc we loved our hosts Rick & Annette so much and their little piece of heaven that they rented out to us. The cottage was super clean and Rick & Annette thought of everything to make sure we were set up for a comfortable weekend. Despite the rain and chilli weather, we had opportunities to enjoy the lake and the peacefulness of just being present in such a beautiful spot.
Can't wait until next year :)
