A great family getaway this summer, this is a clean, well equipped cottage. Located centrally on the Huron side of the Peninsula, you are 10 minutes to Lions Head and 25 minutes to Tobermory. There's a winding river in the back yard, perfect to explore by kayak or canoe, and a short paddle out to Lake Huron. Good bass fishing for the kids where the river meets the lake. The cottage is located on a private cottage road with very limited traffic, so biking to and from the lake is a breeze. At Black Creek Provincial Park, a 5 minute bike ride away, there is a sandy beach on Lake Huron, with shallow waters perfect for all ages!
The cottage sleeps 6. There is a bedroom downstairs on the main level with two twin beds. Two bedrooms upstairs each have two double beds, and one has an extra twin bed. Everything else is as you might expect in a cottage. It's cozy and quaint and will make for a great time with the family this summer.
