This nicely shaded property is simply outstanding with a view you will want to take home. The front deck is well-furnished with canopied table and chairs for your outside dining pleasure, as well as several other loungers and a propane barbecue for the family executive chef. Down at ground level there is a nice flat area for lawn games, a children's swing set with teeter totter, swings and a slide. A quality fire pit is the perfect place to gather around for those popular evening marshmallow roasts over the campfire.

As you make your way down the heavy stone steps and walkway to the shoreline, we know you will be mesmerized by the view of beautiful Paudash Lake. At the shore there is a shore deck which runs parallel to the shore as well as a large dock which is big enough for several people to sit and watch the action on the lake. Swimming is best off the dock which has a ladder and there is a small area with a gradual entry to the water at the end of the shore deck. There is also a canoe and two kayaks at the dock for you to explore the lake. If your family enjoys fishing, do not forget to pack your fishing gear as there are bass, trout, walleye and perch in Paudash Lake. If you need supplies, there is the Cardiff General Store within 15 minutes of the cottage and if you are looking for more substantial shopping, the cottage is less than a 1/2 hour drive to the town of Bancroft.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, electric mixer, rice cooker, crock pot, electric can opener, dishwasher and washer / dryer. Between the kitchen and the living room there is a dining area with seating for seven and there is a children's booster seat if needed.
