WATERFRONT COTTAGE: VACATION rental located on Lake Scugog in the Kawartha lake. 1.5 hour from Toronto. Great place for the whole family and friends to have fun and enjoy. Availability for summer 2025 Also WINTER RENTAL from Oct to May is welcome It's a 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathroom. Which can comfortably accommodate 5 to 6 guests with 1 queen and 2 double. With a fully equipped kitchen ( stove, oven, BBQ with propane, etc.). It's a private waterfront property with a big lot with lots of sunshine, fire pit outdoor with a beautiful sunset view, perfect for kids not deep water, fishing on the dock etc. Available to use are: -14 ft Aluminum boat - kayak and canoe, optional & life jackets are available of different sizes. -Lilly pad great fun for kids The reservation/ security deposit automatically converts to a damage deposit upon arrival. The damage deposit is NOT applied towards rent; however, it is fully refundable provided nothing in the cottage is damaged/broken.
I also provide liquid soap to shower, shampoo, toilet paper, BBQ, dishes pots and pans, utensil, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, and dinette set. dish soap.
I will not be supplying towels, or any personnel item.
WIFI and cable box with all local channels available.
I will provide entry of the property after booking.
