Welcome to the Cottage in the Woods located on the beautiful Four Mile Lake in Coboconk, Ontario. This beautiful newly renovated lakefront 4 season cottage offers the serenity and charm of the Kawartha Lakes and is less than 10 minutes to the quaint town of Coboconk. The cottage is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Equipped with two rooms with custom bunk beds larger than a twin that can easily accommodate 1 adult or 2 children. (Sleeps 8-10) Enjoy beautiful panoramic lake views with a stunning wrap around porch Or enjoy your coffee or glass of wine on the large dock. We also have a floating dock with ladder great for swimming and fun! New Nov. 2023- we have a hot tub facing the lake! Along with lakefront access less than 20ft to the lake, guests can also enjoy: -Hot Tub -Wi-Fi - fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs - BBQ - Outdoor Dining Set - Conversation Set - Four Lounge Chairs - Pet friendly - Lake Toys (2 kayaks) - Option to bring your own boat or seadoos - Parking for up to 4 cars - Beautiful sunsets - Fishing right off the dock - New July 2023- Brand new sectional, kitchen stools, and additional outdoor lights The beautiful Four Mile Lake is a spring fed lake, with north/ south orientation meaning that the prevailing west winds do not create large waves. Four Mile is known for being calm which is ideal for watersports. (Skiiing, Wakeboarding, Wakesurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc) It is a closed lake so easy to navigate for anyone new to the lake.
Hikers, Bikers, snowmobilers and ATV enthusiasts can access the 85 km Victoria Rail Trail just east of Four Mile Lake in the village of Burnt River. Trails are fantastic to bike on in the summer to Fenelon Falls.

| What a great spot!! From the great view of the sunrise to the beautiful sun streaming in the window on the cold, clear days! Newly remodeled and very fresh and clean. Our kids loved the bunkbeds and we all enjoyed the hot tub and being close to the snowmobile trails. What a great spot to spend Family Day weekend! We will be back!!

| Excellent stay on four mile lake. The cottage was extremely clean and stocked with all necessities. The view of the lake was so nice, and the swimming was great. We will be coming back!

| This was a fantastic stay! As a travel agent i've experienced quite a few properties and i love this little gem! Kaitlyn was wonderful to communicate with, very accommodating. Very comfortable stay, perfect size. We docked our boat with no issues, all the amenities in this cottage. Perfect location to ATV trails. Just be careful with the GPS because it can take you to the wrong end of the road, and it gets a bit challenging when/if you have a trailer. 10/10 hope to stay again!

| What a fantastic little gem!!!!!! Very clean, functional and OH that view!! My husband, our dog and I enjoyed this magical cottage. From the amazing sun rises, to the big comfy couch and the beautiful heron that visited daily. The waterside deck was great for dunking the rod and catching rock bass and the entrance to the water was Sandy and shallow which made it perfect to enjoy an afternoon swim. We loved this place and will definitely be returning! Highly recommended !!

| Such a wonderful newly refurbished cottage. It was spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay.
The views are beautiful. The water is clean and warm. Chilling on the dock, nothing like it!!
The owners were responsive and such a pleasure to work with during the booking process and also during our time there.
Would definitely book again!
