FULL COTTAGE Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful, recently renovated Scandinavian style cottage. Open concept living area/ kitchen is the heart of the cottage. Wrap around deck with outdoor seating, overlooking the firepit.
A short 5 minute walk to one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches in Southern Georgian Bay - LaFontaine Beach.
Enjoy the cottage year round with beautiful trails, hiking, snowshoeing and everything else Tiny, ON has to offer.

We provide linens and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels
The cottage uses a septic system. Please use the septic safe toilet paper that we provide only. Only septic safe toilet paper and human waste should go down the drain
We are on municipal water so the tap water is safe for use (no dug well or lake water). Cottage is winterized and has full HVAC (so also available for winter months).
Bell DSL internet. 5mbs download speed and .8mbs upload speed. The host is actively looking for better internet service in the area. Bell fibe coming soon.
Garbage will need to be removed by the guests upon checkout. The closets transfer station is the North Simcoe Transfer Station located at 1700 Golf Link Rd, Tiny, ON L0L 2J0

please be respectful to the neighboring homes. The Township has very strict noise and fire laws. They will lay charges if they are called by neighboring residents and infractions are found.
Max 6 people allowed at the cottage. Please do not "book" 6 and then attend with more people. The township has strict rules with regards to this.
Parking - Shall only park on the driveway
Short term rental property subject to STR Licence By-Law in the Township of Tiny licensed in Tiny: License No. STRTT-2024-104. 6 day min
**Winter: Snow/ice- we have hired someone to plow the driveway. They will only come do this when the snow accumulates more than 2 inches. A snow shovel as well as ice melting salt (yellow container) is provided for guests to use when and if required. It is the guests responsibility to use these items when needed to avoid slippery conditions. ***PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS AS IT CAN BE SLIPPERY OUTSIDE WHEN WET AND SNOWY/ICY***
***Lawn Maintenance -- we have hired a company to cut the grass, weed whack and clear walkways -- they are scheduled to attend every Wednesday on a biweekly schedule from June 29th***
