Your perfect lakeside getaway awaits in Burk's Falls, just north of Huntsville. This immaculate, waterfront 3-bedroom cottage has been newly renovated and thoughtfully designed with a relaxed, boho feel—bright, airy, and exceptionally clean from top to bottom.

Accommodations:
The cottage comfortably sleeps families or groups with a well-laid-out sleeping arrangement: one queen bedroom, one double bedroom with a memory foam mattress, and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4 singles). Dressers are provided in each room. All linens and bath towels are included (please bring your own beach towels and pillows). The fully equipped kitchen has most essentials, and we even provide 12 Keurig pods to get you started.

Outdoor Living:
Step out onto the large white deck, complete with a Weber BBQ (propane included), dining table, and chairs—perfect for meals with a view. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets right from the cottage each evening. The spacious flagstone patio features a huge fire pit surrounded by seating for unforgettable nights under the stars (some firewood provided; additional wood available for a small fee). The property is open and breezy, with birch trees instead of dense cedars—meaning fewer mosquitoes and more comfort outdoors.

Waterfront & Fun:
Take full advantage of lake life with 3 kayaks, a canoe, water toys, and a private dock for swimming or jumping in. There's also a water trampoline for added fun and a small gradual-entry beach area for little ones. The lake is clean, not weedy, and peaceful with minimal boat traffic—perfect for relaxing or fishing. You can even explore from Little Doe into Big Doe Lake. An aluminum boat is available for daily rental.
