Quiet and private well treed 1.5 acre lake front home for rent, on beautiful Little Silver Lake, ON. 150 feet of shoreline. Weekly rates Saturday to Saturday. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with open floor plan sleeps 4/ 5 (1 Queen, 1 double bed and 1 single pull out bed). (Third bedroom locked for our storage) Perfect for families or couple getaways. Gas fireplace in the fall and winter months. Open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. Gorgeous sunroom with high ceilings, door to deck with big windows and comfortable couches to watch TV(ROKU Equipped for streaming) Full bathroom with laundry. Massive wrap around deck where you can enjoy the lake views and BBQ. 10-foot covered gazebo (not in winter) Quiet,peaceful and private.
If wine/vineyards/live music interests you, less than 3 km away is a beautiful new Vineyard/ Winery serving lunch and dinner. River House winery opened in May 2023 and is a must visit.
If roads are snow covered, you will need winter tires and AWD. NO Wi-Fi November 1 to April 30. No parties. No unauthorized Pets. No smoking inside. 20 min from Westport, 30 min from Perth, 1 hour 15 min from Ottawa, 1 hour 10 min from Kingston and 3.5 hours from Toronto

| Just got back from a relaxing and tranquil stay at Little Silver Lake and would recommend this cottage to anyone. We found that the house was well appointed with linens, towels, coffee pods, kayaks, wifi, etc. We also appreciated that Carrie was quick to respond to any texts. We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed being so close to Westport for restaurants, shopping and golf. All in all, a great stay, thank you for making this lake house available to us.

| I wanted to spend some quality time with my 11-year-old daughter and my father before the end of the Summer. It was either travelling to the Caribbean or to a lake house in Canada. We were all happy that we booked this family-owned and operated gem house by Little Silver Lake. Carrie's waterfront property has all you may think of to build long-term memories for your little ones and it is all hassle-free. Full kitchen, laundry, fire pit, high-quality BBQ, extended outdoor sitting area, really good kayaks and many board games and entertainment options. There's even a real tree house that you can see from the porch. I can say that a Caribbean resort experience could be easily forgotten but my Daughter's first kayak fishing experience will be always remembered. We will be back during the Winter season as well to try our snow shoes.

| Beautiful clean cottage on a lovely quiet lake. There were lots of great amenities like a dishwasher and very fast WiFi. We enjoyed hanging around at the cottage, in and out of the water, but it is also a lovely area to explore. We took our bikes and cycled the K&P and Cataraqui trails. Highly recommend.

| Wonderful, larger than expected space, open with lots of windows, large outdoor deck with screened in and open eating areas. Lots of wonderful extra touches and a very responsive owner who checked in and answered any questions very quickly. Beautiful mature treed lot with a wonderful quiet lake and kayaks. Having a small dishwasher and washer dryer was great and not always found in a cottage rental. The fully equipped Keurig with coffee was greatly appreciated!

| The cottage on Little Silver Lake was a new find for us and a wonderful retreat. The host went above and beyond, leaving us little treats and special items, and checking in on us if we needed anything or had any questions. The lake is quiet and peaceful and sitting among the trees was a nice break from the busy city. We look forward to visiting in the coming years.
