Spacious 5 bedrooms house located densely-wooded property in Tiny, Lafontaine, 4 min walk to the beautiful beaches and 90 min from Toronto. It's a great families retreat in a quiet neighborhood near the lake. Have a barbeque or glass of wine on a spacious wrap around deck with screen mosquito/flies protection or take a walk to the lake to watch amazing Georgian Bay sunset. In summer you may enjoy a boat trip to thousand islands, swimming, biking, canoeing. In winter this area is popular for snowmobiling, skiing and skating.
Our house features open concept main level with soaring 10" ceilings, spacious chef's kitchen, 3 bedrooms, gas fire place, Smart TV, large wrapped around the house covered deck with mosquito screen and cozy lower level with 2 more bedroom, second fire place, bar, Smart TV and entertainment center.
The kitchen is spacious with quartz countertops, gas cook top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers, tea kettle and all the dishes, cups, glasses and utensils you'll need.
Beach umbrella, foldable chairs, puddle board and a small foldable wagon for bringing stuff to/from beach are available. Gas and charcoal barbeques are available.
There is a fire pit on the back yard. A fire permit is available but please be sure to check with us first as township fire bans are possible (always check at tiny.ca to be sure).
Wi-Fi is available throughout the space, making it great for working from home, though we hope you won't need to!
