| We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at Brayview cottage. The cottage was spacious, updated and furniture was comfortable. Big firepit and lots of room for kids to play in the backyard, bonus playground right next to the cottage. Just a heads up, towels and bed linens not included. The beach was a 2 min walk away, down some stairs. The beach was perfect. Lots of space for kids to play in the sand, a few rocks upon entering the clear water but then sandy. Short drives to Grand Bend, Bayfield & Pinery Provincial Park. Our favourite part by far were the beautiful Lake Huron sunsets! Great cottage would recommended to anyone!

| We had a wonderful week at this cottage. It was clean and tidy and the space is well laid out for a larger family or two small families. Our kids loved the bunk room and the other rooms were comfortable, too. Convenient features like 1.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer and good sized yard were also appreciated. The highlight of this cottage is the short walk to the lovely private beach. We've stayed at the Pinery and in central Grand Bend and preferred the relaxed atmosphere of this well kept beach area. Bayfield and Grand Bend are just a short drive away for day tripping and shopping. Owners were responsive to questions and provided all the necessary information to make our stay comfortable.

| The cottage was perfect! So much room for all the family. Kids had a blast and the owners were so helpful with all the questions we had! Definitely will be back to visit this cottage next year!

| This is a very nice, well-equipped and comfortable cottage. The location is perfect - right between Grand Bend and Bayfield. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Short walk to a private beach, as well as multiple beaches a short drive away. The owners are extremely nice and easy to deal with. The area is quiet and beautiful in every way. We enjoyed our walks to the beach, the sunsets, listening to the blue jays and our morning coffee on the porch. Thanks again, Paul and Kate. You have a wonderful little place!

| Our family had a really nice time at Brayview cottage. The cottage slept all 8 of us comfortably. Our grandkids loved the fact that the park is right next door to the cottage.
Yard was a good size for our outdoor games. The private beach is just a short walk from the cottage and was super clean. ( take your water shoes....a little rocky at the start getting in then beautiful sandbar to chill in the water)
The Bray family were very accommodating and answered any questions immediately.
The cottage is located just a short drive to both Grand Bend and Bayfield if you wish to explore or use the public beaches.
We had a great time at Brayview Cottage!
