Spacious, executive home, nestled in a forest of pines and birches in the Haliburton Highlands. Huge wraparound deck with amazing views of Miskwabi Lake and sunsets! The deck is securely enclosed for small children and features a new gazebo for shaded outdoor meals. Fresh clean northern air, sparkling clean lake, and all the conveniences of home! Great hiking trails through the forest! Summer activities include ATV trails, swimming, hiking, biking, relaxing on the deck, fishing off the dock, or using the PADDLE BOAT, 2 CANOES, FISHING ROWBOAT, and 2 KAYAKS included FREE for your pleasure, no extra charge. Excellent swimming from the dock in one of Haliburton's cleanest lakes. Fire pit for family campfires and smores! Golf and shopping nearby. Very well-equipped kitchen with new granite countertops. Four (4) large bedrooms with 3 queens, 2 doubles, 2 singles, and 1 crib. Three (3) full baths with new granite countertops including a master bedroom 4-piece en-suite. Radiant heat flooring on 2 levels and a propane fireplace to keep you warm on cool nights. New on-demand boiler hot water system. Water filtration system. A large family room with a flat-screen TV, ExpressVu, PVR & 4 recliners just in case it rains. Lots of games are provided for family fun. WIFI & PVR included for free; all the conveniences of home. Storage shed next to the cottage and another at the water's edge for watercraft, life jackets, etc.
Winter activities include ice fishing, skating on the lake, downhill skiing at Sir Sams, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
Please note that there is a low-traffic, local road separating the cottage and our private waterfront area.

| During my stay at the cottage, I had an outstanding experience. The cottage was impeccably clean and exuded a cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. Its location amidst serene surroundings further added to the tranquility of the overall experience.
The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating, leaving no stone unturned to ensure that our stay was nothing short of delightful. They went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed during our stay, making us feel at home away from home.

| I had the pleasure of staying here in July and it was truly a wonderful experience.
The cottage itself was beautifully appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for, including a cozy fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook meals at home.
The real highlight of my stay was the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The view is incredible , we spent hours sitting in front of fireplace on the porch admiring the view, we also spent hours kayaking and swimming in the lake.
I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. The combination of comfortable accommodations, and stunning scenery make it a truly special place, and one that I hope to return to again and again.

| I had an incredible experience staying at this charming cottage! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The cottage itself was absolutely stunning, with gorgeous decor, comfortable furnishings, and all the amenities I could ever need.
The location was simply breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and easy access to nearby trails for hiking, boating and exploring. The peace and quiet of the area were a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The owner was an absolute delight to work with, providing helpful recommendations for local activities and ensuring my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I cannot recommend this cottage highly enough and cannot wait to return for another visit in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
