Our cozy riverfront cottage is the perfect year-round getaway for solo adventures, couples, small groups, and families! Close access to everything Fenelon Falls has to offer; restaurants, parks, trails for hiking, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ATVing and more. We are located right on Burnt River with a great outdoor space including a dock, campfire, and deck. Stay awhile, relax, and make some beautiful memories! The Space A true bungalow offering 4 bedrooms plus pullout couch bed, 2 full bathrooms, master bedroom has semi-ensuite, and the cottage sleeps 10 comfortably. Large deck with BBQ, outdoor dining, firepit, swing, tin boat, and canoe. Respectfully, parties and events are prohibited. About this space Your stay includes: Wifi, Smart TV, electric fireplace, clean bedding for all rooms, towels and facecloths, high chair, booster seat, games and toys, dock, canoe and paddle tin boat! The cottage offers a bright, open feeling with tons of natural light beaming through the waterside windows. There is one kitchen with tea towels and dish cloths, a fully equipped coffee/ tea bar, full 16 spice rack, microwave, dishwasher and all the appliances and utensils necessary to cook the perfect meal for you and your guests. Our dining table is equipped with 8 chairs comfortably with an additional outdoor dining space to accommodate 8 people. The living area has a large sectional sofa including a pullout sofa bed, smart tv, Netflix, cable, chaise lounge, and electric fireplace to relax by. There is one king bed, one queen bed, and two double beds in the four bedrooms. The rooms either have dressers or closets and night stands. There is plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and bedding located in the closets and dressers. One bathroom hosts a stand-up shower and the other has a tub, there are plenty of towels and face cloths.
Summer Activities
Lock 34 ? only a step from downtown Fenelon Falls and is located on an island. With a population of just 1600 people, Fenelon Falls is boasting with a ton of things to do and see. The falls can be found on the lower side of the lock station and nearby there is self-serve bicycle rentals.

Garnet Graham Beach Park ? Enjoy a beach like setting with a park downtown Fenelon Falls
The Little Pie Shack ? Home to a large assortment of goodies and the pie list is extensive!

Skate Under the Stars ? Burnt River Community Centre, Janetville Ball Park, Tommy Anderson Park, and Ward Park.
Fishing ? on our property, Trent Severn Waterways offer prime fishing locations
Snowmobiling, Hiking, Nordic Skiing ? Victoria Rail Trail ? heading south? Park at the old train station 103 Lindsay St. Heading north? Park near the locks around Garnet Graham Beach Park. The trail is 85km one way with 90% rail trail path and 10% road crossing and detours.
