A stunning and unique property with a newly renovated open concept 3 season cottage, a new 4 season Beach Bunkie,an outdoor bathroom bunkie, a large hard top Gazebo with an 8 person Hot tub spa and dining area, a covered porch off the cottage, a deck off the beach Bunkie and 2 kayaks and 4 paddle boards.The unique property off the Ottawa River has the best sunsets and view of the Gatineau Hills. We have 2 private little beach areas, conversation areas with fire tables, bonfires on the beach, a unique separate -outdoor bathroom Bunkie with a shower and laundry facilities. We have a large outdoor kitchen BBQ or an air fryer for small quick meals. Our cottage has 2 bedrooms, a queen size bed and bunk beds ( double and upper single beds) and our 4 season Beach Bunkie has a queen size Murphy bed on the main level and a queen size platform bed in the loft both of which has an AC/ heating unit - open concept. Note, the loft is low ceiling so not suited for very young children and opened to below. It's very close to Ottawa's Port of Call Marina where you can rent boats or launch your boat and close to Club Links Eagle Creek Golf course. Our property is 15 minutes to Kanata and 30 mins to downtown Ottawa. Suited comfortably for 6 -8 people.
