Welcome to our cottage! A four-season waterfront cottage along the famous and historic French River on Ranger's Bay. This home away from home is West-facing, with sun all day, perfect for swimming, sun tanning or just relaxing on the dock. Ultimately the perfect destination for a getaway. The French River itself is very well known for its fishing opportunities and wide range of wildlife including moose, deer, fox, elk, pheasants and turkey. Additionally, this location offers ATV and snowmobile friendly paths. COTTAGE AMENITIES: - air conditioning and/ or Ceiling fans in the Kitchen, Living Room and Master Bedroom

- Water dispenser is also available if you decide to bring your own jugs
- Outside space has a large covered deck with patio furniture and an amazing view all day, open grass space and a deck with tanning beds.

- Water activities including a paddleboard and water lilly pad
- Basketball net in front yard
- Long driveway with parking space

SPECIAL NOTES:
- No pets allowed
- No smoking/vaping inside cottage, only outside
- If you plan to bring your boat or seadoos there is an easy access for public boat launch across the bay.
- Boat and ATV rental also available across the bay.
If you need additional sleeping space, there is a bunkie available on the property, additional $100.00 per night (sleeps 3 people)
If you feel like some day trips, check out French River Provincial Park - the scenery is remarkable. In addition, Science North, the Big Nickel and the City of Sudbury is just 45 minutes away. Alban has a grocery store, pharmacy, LCBO, fish and chips place (@827 Fish and Chips), as well as newly opened diner across the street (DeeDee's Diner).
Perfect for family gatherings, this cottage is exactly what you're looking for to relax and unwind. Away from the crowd, enjoying the stunning sunset on the dock, and breathing in the crisp air by the outdoor fire-pit. You won't be disappointed.

| Looking for the perfect place to kick back and make memories with your family? Well look no further! We just finished spending a week at this cottage and would highly recommend this very clean and spacious cottage. Whether it was time spent with the kiddos playing a game of badminton on the flat lawn area, having a game of basketball or making the biggest splash off the end of the dock, this cottage provided us with all the activities we were looking for to entertain ourselves. We loved the multiple areas outside to either soak up the sun on the lounge chairs or retreat to some shade under the covered deck. If you are looking for some water fun, Rangers Bay and the joining bays provided us with lots of boating, tubing and great fishing. Nothing better than star gazing at night while cozied around a campfire making s'mores and telling stories. Sudbury and Parry Sound are close by and also the opportunity to go hiking at a nearby provincial park. We hope everyone that rents this cottage will enjoy it as much as we did!
