Welcome to 360 Peninsula Oasis! This spacious newly renovated 6 bedroom & 3.5 bathroom cottage is located between Minden and Haliburton in Kawartha Lakes region. It sits on a stunning peninsula with 360-view of Koshlong Lake and is surrounded by crown land, you'll have all the privacy and natural beauty you need. Spread out on 3.5 acres of land and 840 feet of shoreline, this oasis is the perfect escape for anyone. Only 2 hours from GTA! Question?! Just message us - we respond quickly :) The cottage is located in a very private peninsula-like spot, so won't be bothered by anyone from anywhere! You can't even see the neighbours, the cottage is surrounded by crown land from all sides! The cabin is fully renovated with new flooring, new kitchen and new bathrooms for a warm and pleasant stay. 6 spacious bedrooms with comfy mattresses! 3 full bathrooms with standing showers and a bath. Extra powder room! Spacious family area with kitchen and dining area in an open-concept design. Build your memories around the wood stove and watching a great lake out of the huge windows! Or you can go out and explore the lake using kayaks, that is also an option. WINTER! - ski slopes only 25min drive from the cottage "sirsams" - snow shoeing on the frozen lake (we provide the equipment) - ice-fishing - snowmobile trails SUMMER! We do provide a variety of outside and inside activities: - hot tub! - kayaks, paddleboards, lily pads, floaties, pool noodle - a few shallow entrances for kids

Our stay at the cottage was an absolute dream. The cottage is absolutely perfect. The location and views, cozy charm and thoughtful touches, they have it all. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the attention to detail for everything in the cottage. From the well-stocked kitchen, the games, toiletries to the plush bedding, it was clear that every aspect had been carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort and enjoyment.
If you're looking for a for a great getaway, this is the place to be. Highly recommended them and I will definitely be booking with them again!

| LOVE THIS COTTAGE
My family and friends and I went up for a weekend in early February and it was beautiful. The lake was frozen we were able to do some ice fishing and the kids used the toboggans and slide down the rocks onto the lake. So much fun.
Cottage is stocked with games, foosball and a pool table. So again kids were occupied.
Cottage is really lovely - big, spacious. We were 10 people but could have easily fit more.
Nicely decorated and kitchen had everything we needed -pots were in great shape!
Bedding and towels were really clean and look new.
Very quiet area and lots of privacy - we didn't see anyone. Nice spot for walks as well. The cottage is really in the nature, surrounded by trees and away from any roads. Really nice views for your morning coffee. They have a hot tub coming soon so we will go back for that!
I would definitely recommend this cottage - especially for bigger groups. Lots of space. Most cottages are just one floor or just have one space for sitting/eating/hanging out, but this one had several and with the games in the basement we could get away from the kids :) Also there are two extra fridges in the game room (plus one in the kitchen) as well as a sofa (plus one in the living room) so that was a bonus. Lots of space for parking.
Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to all of our questions.
We will definitely be back.

| Another fantastic winter retreat! Our second visit to Alex and Violetta's cottage was just as delightful as the first. The layout is impeccably designed, creating the most inviting atmosphere imaginable. The six bedrooms offered everyone their own comfortable space, perfect for those mid-afternoon naps. The Christmas decor added an additional charm, immersing us in a festive atmosphere as we engaged in cookie decorating contests with music playing from their record player. Alex and Violetta proved to be exceptional and accommodating hosts, always there to assist with any questions. We're already eagerly anticipating our visit next year =)

| We've been to this place twice now, and we would (and most likely will) return in a heartbeat.
The house you get to yourself is spacious, clean, and QUIET. Absolutely beautiful location. The stars were something to look at.
We would like to rave about the internet - we were streaming two devices at the same time and had no issues!
We love the fact that essentials and shopping were only 10 minutes away, but is still 10 minutes away.
Communication with the owners was perfection.

| We stayed at the Cottage in August 2023 for 6 nights. We had two families, with 4 adults and 5 kids. The Cottage was as advertised and was all in good order. The setting and and facilities were all very good and we had a blast staying there.
There is enough to do just hanging out at the lake. We had a tiny bit of rain when there and the house gave us enough to do when inside as well.
We mostly ate at the cottage and all the cooking equipment was very decent and the bbq was top spec as well. The supermarket is only 10 minutes down the road in Haliburton, which was a cute town. We ate there once as well, and there was plenty of options if you wanted to eat out more.
The other residents on the lake were very friendly and all of us enjoyed ourselves there. We would recommend this place to families and groups who want a great stay at a cottage on the lake.
