Located on Lake Scugog, about 10 minutes outside Port Perry, your family will love spending time in our comfortable cottage with lovely water views. 1 Canoe and 1 Kayak available for use. Spend your days playing lawn games or relaxing on the large dock, bbq up some dinner followed by marshmallows over the outdoor fire pit. The perfect cottage country getaway within an hour of the GTA.
The space
This home has 3 queen beds and a pull out sofa to accommodate a total of 7 guests and is accessible for those with mobility issues with two main level bedrooms.
Bedroom one:
One queen bed located on main floor.
Bedroom two:
One queen bed located on main floor.
Bedroom three:
One queen bed located at basement level.
Pull out couch located in basement living room sleeps one adult comfortably.
Outdoor space:
Take in the spectacular sunrise over the lake from our large patio sectional while enjoying your morning coffee or tea. Visit one of the wineries or local cidery. Outdoor dining table faces the waterfront. There's room for the whole family to cozy up on the large patio furniture, and one large fire pit to keep everyone cozy into the evening. Large spacious grassy backyard creates the perfect spot for badminton/
volleyball, corn hole and various other outdoor games. Bbq is located on back deck.
Waterfront:
Swimming is optional as the waterfront can be weedy during summer months. Rental includes use of one kayak and one canoe. Life jackets are included and highly recommended to be used during any water sports.
Please note the exterior front/side entrance is monitored by a security camera, and extra guests must be approved in advance. No parties will be tolerated.
