THE WATERMAN is located on beautiful Boiler Beach Rd just outside of Kincardine. This 900 sqft cottage is a charming, clean, lakefront bungalow, renovated in the last 5 years.
Make this your “home away from home” whether you work from home or are a contractor in the area. We rent by the week or by the month, during the fall and winter months. In the summer, we rent from Friday to Friday so you enjoy the whole weekend.
Indoors, you may lounge comfortably in the open living room and dining room with a view of the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped along with an outdoor BBQ for home made meals. In the evening find your favourite show on the Smart TV, try a board game, or enjoy a quiet read. Sleep to the sound of the waves in one of 3 bedrooms; 2 with queen size beds, 1 with a set of single bunk beds. There is one bathroom and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outdoors, enjoy your favourite beverage on the large deck, cross the road to trail down to the "secluded public" beach. Boiler Beach is a long, sandy, picturesque stretch of lakefront where you can relax in the sun, swim, walk, and play. There are 2 kayaks, outdoor games, and a fire pit in the backyard for you to use. Bring your own bikes.
In nearby Kincardine, you have all the conveniences of shops, markets, and restaurants. In the summer you may launch your boat at the harbour (5min drive), play a round of golf (3 min drive), go to one of the many weekend summer festivals.
Please note: there are no hidden fees or taxes. Damage deposit & reservation deposit is required. Bring your own linens and towels. The following restrictions apply: no smoking indoors, no pets, no tents on the grass, you must be 25 years or older. Contact for details or questions.
