Our cottage is 1 Year New, built with quality detail and premium finishes. The Lake House presents a 400 ft waterfront loaded with all the toys for your family and friends. We have a full 11 game Arcade in the Walk Out Basement which is all free play for the kids and the adult kid in your family!!! These games include:

Pac-man, Fooseball, Ski Ball, Air hockey, Classic Bubble Hockey, Sonic the Hedgehog, Cyclone 3 player, Golden Tee Golf Game, Ping Pong table, Revolving Tower and a classic boat for the little ones.
Also Two Aluminum boats with a 20HP and 15 HP for rent, Four Kayaks, Two Canoes, and two Paddle Boat. These toys sit along a 100 Ft dock with a 20ft x 20ft entertainment area on the dock.
Hot Tub also available with fee and request. The Brand New 6 Person Hot Tub-2020 - By REQUEST ONLY with a $350 charge for Water Refill fee to book the hot tub. We use fresh lake water for our tub NOT city water if it appears not crystal clear.

The Lake House property and all of our other Cottages for rent have a full team of staff to support your every need if any issues shall arrive during your stay with us.
We want all our our clients to experience a 5 Star holiday and will ensure any issues are resolved asap onsite.
The Lake House is built on a 22 Acre property with the entire bay of Moira Lake surrounding its beauty. This makes for a very private and luxurious setting in North Country, Madoc, Ontario.
We also own another cottage called the Lakeview that is directly beside the Lake House to accommodate an additional 8 guests for large groups.
We can accommodate weddings and large family gatherings with our cozy resort Moira Lake Cottages to have a maximum of 60 guests when booking all of our cottage rentals.
Important property maintenance is required and may occur on a day of your rental in our schedule.
Please note: This is NOT a PARTY house and penalties will apply of up to $5000 if the house is not well kept for the duration of your stay.
IF AMENITIES ONSITE ARE NOT WORKING OR DOWN FOR SERVICE WE WILL NOT REFUND OR DISCOUNT MONEY FOR YOU STAY. WE WILL HOWEVER ALWAYS TRY OUR BEST TO HAVE THEM SERVICED AND READY FOR FUN !!!

The Commercial Arcade Games are only available for use if working. Machines can be down for use or service and no discount will be provided to your booking.
The Lake House is within a 5 minute drive to Madoc Village for all of your essential needs including Grocery stores, Tim Horton's, McDonald's, Subway, Pharmacies, Restaurants, Hardware stores, Hospital Clinic and Gas Stations.
All garbage is to be IN GARBAGE BAGS and disposed of across the road in our disposal bin. If garbage is left on the property and it is not contained within a garbage bag, a $250 penalty will be deducted from your deposit. Please note group bookings should always bring their own large garbage bags, paper towel and napkins as our supply is limited to some guests expectations.
Guests have full access to the Outdoor grass area with multiple fire pits and Dock with Entertainment Area.
FIRE WOOD IS NOT FREE BUT CAN BE PURCHASED DAILY.
MOTOR BOAT CAN BE RENTED DAILY FOR $120 PER DAY
