Lianca Cottage, Waterfront, beautiful, private cottage close to a ski resort and Haliburton village

It is a very lovely newly built rustic, pine interior cottage with a 1200 sq.ft winterized building. South-facing on a large property, natural surroundings provide perfect privacy with a river view at Cranberry Lake.
22-foot cathedral ceilings with large windows and an Enerzone high-efficiency wood-burning fireplace. The fireplace has always been the heart of the living room, which warms the room and provides an experience of wood heating in its most complete form.
The modern, newly built kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all dishes. Note the dishwasher is not installed yet.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and TV with internet base programs. Lots of board games and DVDs for a family relaxing evening.
BBQ on a large deck
The cottage is on year-round Township Road. It is only a 6-minute drive to Sir Sam's ski resort and 10 minutes from Haliburton village. There are two grocery stores (Beer/LCBO) within a 5-minute drive.
Winter Activities:
Sir Sam's ski resort offers excellent ski and snowboarding and snow walking. Snowmobiling at Haliburton Forest (15 minutes drive), and ice-fishing opportunities.
Summer Activities:
Above ground, a large swimming pool is attached to the deck and a deep swimming/fishing area off the docks on the river.
Pets are not allowed inside the bedrooms. Bedrooms have gates.
Please bring your own bedding, towels, facecloths, and blankets.
The owner changes bedsheets and pillowcases after each stay.
