Rustic cottage set on a hillside overlooking the lake for fantastic views of sunsets (westerly exposure). Cottage is situated at the end of a bay amongst an archway of glorious birch,pine,oak and maple trees. Very private (no cottage to one side), quiet with a natural environment. The cottage is a 980 square feet, vintage beam Viceroy style that is cozy and comfortable. It is all pine/ cedar interior with an open concept kitchen/livingroom/dining area overlooking the lake. A wood stove fireplace (wood supplied) in the corner. Two bedrooms (queen beds) of equal sizes with an additional day bed (double) in the livingroom area. Beautifully decorated (rustic charm) with all custom made furniture.
A large wraparound deck for relaxation with a BBQ situated near the sliding door.
100 feet of waterfront with a huge dock for your enjoyment. A boat house with a refrigerator, life jackets and water toys (canoe, stand up board, 3 kayaks -1 adult/2 children). Boat launch nearby and accessible to park a boat at the dock. Lake is surprisingly quiet with very little boat traffic.
Basic essentials (toilet paper, hand/dish soap, shampoo/Conditioner, cleaning products, etc) are supplied. Pillows and comforters are supplied however you must bring your own bed sheets ( 2 queen beds).
Fire pit near hot tub and firewood supplied.
