Rustic cottage set on a hillside overlooking the lake for fantastic views of sunsets (westerly exposure). Cottage is situated at the end of a bay amongst an archway of glorious birch,pine,oak and maple trees. Very private (no cottage to one side), quiet with a natural environment.

The cottage is a 980 square feet, vintage beam Viceroy style that is cozy and comfortable. It is all pine/cedar interior with an open concept kitchen/livingroom/dining area overlooking the lake. A wood stove fireplace (wood supplied) in the corner. Two bedrooms (queen beds) of equal sizes with an additional day bed (double) in the livingroom area. Beautifully decorated (rustic charm) with all custom made furniture.

A large wraparound deck for relaxation with a BBQ situated near the sliding door.

100 feet of waterfront with a huge deck and dock for your enjoyment. A boat house with a refrigerator, life jackets/water toys and a canoe for use. Boat launch nearby and accessible to park a boat at the dock. Lake is very quiet with very little boat traffic.

Basic essentials (toilet paper, soap/dish soap,cleaning products,etc) are supplied. Also pillows and comforters are supplied. Required to bring your own bed sheets and towels?

We had an awesome week, the cottage was nice, it was very clean, the beds were comfortable and everything was well stocked. Angelo was a great host. The only thing missing was internet but to be honest we didn't miss it that much. Will be booking a week for next year.

Awesome place to stay. Angelo was great to deal with, super friendly. So many extras included that have never been offered at other cottage rentals. The hot tub was a great asset as well. The different levels were great but lol be prepared for the stairs. Fishing off the dock was a big plus for the grandkids. Docking the boat was easy enough but the lake itself needed a few more buoy markings for rocks. Great vacation!!!

We had an amazing stay on Leonard Lake! It is a beautiful private space with much needed peace and quiet. We loved all the options to enjoy the outdoors, the wrapround deck, second deck close to the water and the generous dock. Not too mention the covered hot tub which was an added bonus. The lake waters were beautiful and perfect for a swim or taking out the canoe. The cottage is close enough to town so there was always something to do and made trips out for extra supplies quick and enjoyable. Beautifully decorated and maintained, well stocked with kitchen items, bathroom items, games and more. Angelo made the stay pleasant and worry-free. It was everything we could have asked for in a cottage. Will be booking again!
