This home is open concept with the living dining and kitchen areas open to each other. There are main floor, and lower level bedrooms. The house is heated by a new electric furnace and also has air conditioning. There is a 3 sided propane fireplace on the lower level. It is equipped with 4 major appliances and a washer /dryer which guests can use.
Summer activities include kayaking, swimming, and hiking. There are horseshoes and washer games for use. There is an outdoor sauna on the patio and outdoor firepit.
In winter, you can take part in snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and downhill skiing at Calabogie Peaks (located 16km away). Relax in the living room and enjoy the beautiful river views with spectacular sunrises. Sunset splashes the opposite shore with a beautiful golden glow. The sliding glass door leads out to a spacious deck with dining area.
Amenities include a fully equipped modern Kitchen and BBQ, internet service, and Smart TV. The main floor bathroom has an over sized Jacuzzi bath tub.
