Welcome to our lovely family cottage located on Canal Lake in the Village of Kirkfield, Kawartha Lakes.
It contains 3 bedrooms, 1 washroom, 1 powder room, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and 3 season sunroom with unlimited internet - Xplornet. It sleeps 8 comfortably (maximum 4 adults).

The property offers a large, level backyard with ample room for outdoor games, a patio by the water with comfortable muskoka chairs and a fire pit for those smores and stories. The water by the shore is shallow and warm which makes it ideal for families with little ones. Southern exposure is perfect for basking in the sun all day long while the large maple trees offer shade throughout the day. It is the best spot to watch a full moon reflecting over the water. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and come relax by our lake that offers great fishing from our dock or a boat. Take long rides on a kayak, canoe or pedal boat that are available for your use. During winter, warm up to the electric fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate after cross country skiing or snowshoeing on the frozen lake. 1.5 hour from Toronto, our cottage offers a great get-away for families, couples or girls/guys time away. 17 minutes from Balsam Provincial Park with gorgeous trails and sandy beach.
