Experience the charm of this beautiful, modern, and cozy cottage situated on Cranberry Lake, just 30 minutes north of Kingston. Nestled along the Dog–Cranberry Lake system, this destination offers year round appeal with its interconnected lakes and scenic islands—ideal for boating, paddling, and fishing enthusiasts.

Your journey here includes a pleasant drive up Highway 15 and a picturesque crossing of the historic Brass Point Swing Bridge on Burnt Hills Road.

Upon arrival at this peaceful and private setting, you'll find numerous outdoor lounging areas designed for relaxation. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake or unwind in the hot tub or panoramic wood fired sauna—both offering serene lake views.

The upper deck features comfortable swivel rocking chairs and a fire pit, while the lower deck brings you closer to the water with easy access to lake activities. A screened in side porch lets you enjoy the outdoors even on rainy days.

Explore the lake using the two kayaks or canoe as you discover the many islands and quiet bays. Or simply soak up the sunshine from the dock.

The cottage sleeps 5–6 guests, with two of the three bedrooms offering beautiful lake views.

Inside, the living room invites you to relax with a spacious leather sofa, a 55" smart TV, and a cozy fireplace. High speed Wi Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay.

Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Please notify the owner at the time of booking; additional cleaning fees may apply. We kindly request that pets remain off beds and furniture.

The Cranberry Lake House was a perfect cottage for us. My wife and I are an older couple and we were looking for peaceful serenity. This cottage delivered all of this and more. It was immaculate and new throughout. Nothing was lacking and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Canoeing and using the hot tub were our favourite activities. The hosts were extremely responsive whenever we had a question. We will definitely return in the future.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Cranberry Lake House. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a fun packed week. We enjoyed the hot tub the fireplace and fire pit. The screened in porch was a great place to relax and enjoy a meal and coffee. The beds were very comfortable and the AC took care of some humid weather. We will definitely be returning.
