Welcome to the Cot-tage in the Ci-ty (The Cot-ty, Cotty), reflecting a beautiful mix of old and new with a elegant touch, featuring all the luxuries of home, vintage furniture, luxury bedding, and the daily city amenities just minutes away. The Cotty is located on Long Lake in Sudbury, is positioned on beautiful Sunnyside Road, which can accommodate for all occasions and daily living for respectful working professionals.
The Cotty comfortably sleeps 6, has 3 bedrooms and 2 full 3-piece bathrooms. The AC equipped primary bedroom features a California King bed and is located at front of the property, closest to the entrance. The 2nd guest-room features a Queen bed and is located mid-upper area of the home, with the 1st bathroom in close proximity. The 3rd guest bedroom features a Queen bed and is located on the lower main level, closest to the kitchen and 2nd bathroom.
Venture out on the gorgeous lake to catch the sunrise or sunset with the kayaks. In the water recreation bin, you'll find Lifejackets, safety kits and floatation toys for all your daytime water enjoyment pleasure.
Equipped with City Electricity and Gas services, you'll find the fully complemented kitchen with a stainless-steel fridge, stove and dishwasher; along with a microwave, blender, toaster and auto-timed coffee maker ready for your sunrise at the lake. Enjoy meals on the outdoor dining set on the large 20x30 waterfront patio; mingle and relax in the Muskoka chairs on the dock, either admiring the daytime water enthusiasts that go by or star gaze at night around the outdoor fire pit. You'll love the close kitchen proximity of the gas barbecue outside on the deck.
The lake water supply to The Cotty is safe, clean and drinkable as it goes through an extensive 3 filter water filtration system. In addition to the filtering system, there is also a stand-up water cooler dispenser along with some large spring water supply provided.
Most mornings and evenings you can hear the soulful sound of the resident Loon right outside The Cotty on the lake or throughout the day. Have fun identifying the types of birds visiting the various feeders. You will also be guaranteed to enjoy daily visits from chipmunks and families of ducks while you lounge on the dock.
At the top of the staircase, you'll find ample parking for 3 vehicles in the parking area, along with a shed for bikes and seasonal gear. Sunnyside Road is a Municipal road and is maintained year-round, with weekly City services for recycling and garbage.
