Summer's Landing is a family friendly 4 bedroom, elegantly rustic cottage situated on the coveted south shore of Lake of Bays in Muskoka.
Built in 1922, this gem continues to share its historic magic with all the guests who grace the front doors.
Summer's Landing is a favourite among kids and adults alike. Enjoy full sun all day on the massive dock. A small walk in beach area is available for our tiniest guests to easily access and exit the lake.
The space
The Landing features an incredibly spacious covered lakeside porch which is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or play games with your family at night. Extra comfy seating and a dining room all enjoy lakeside views.
Additional features include a wood-burning fireplace, lots of seating in the main room including an adorable reading nook, a retro inspired kitchen, am oversized dining area are amongst 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The upper loft has a king size bed and beautiful lake views. In addition to these features, the Landing also includes strong wifi, smart tv options (Netflix, Disney +, Crave, Prime). We also have onsite laundry should you require.
Enjoy your time outside on the expansive dock with plenty of seating. The dock features panoramic views with full day sun and breathtaking sunsets. Included in your stay is the use of 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards to explore the beautiful waters. Lake of Bays is a hard packed sand bottom lake - clear and absolutely no weeds.
Unwind in the evening by the fire roasting marshmallows or enjoying a few cocktails.
Summer's Landing is a truly special place in one of the most beautiful spots in Muskoka.
***Please note that there is a second cottage out of site on the property that the owners stay at (no interference with dock use or parking).
