MCHARRADISE! All Seasons Cozy Waterfront Cottage

L I V I N G ::
Kick your feet up and relax in our spacious living area, with large oversized leather chairs and sofa, stunning vaulted pine ceilings and large windows that look out among the tree tops and down to the water. A new 65" Smart TV that is set to stream Netflix, Disney etc. is ready for your use, as well as a DVD player with a large assortment of classic movies to choose from. There is also a large selection of board games downstairs to challenge each other and live the real cottage experience! WiFi is provided, however as we wait patiently for our ordered, Elon Musk's highspeed Starlink Satellite Dish, we rely on the fastest internet available to us in cottage country right now, which is adequate to stream and connect, but can be intermittent at times.

B E D & B A T H ::
Three cozy bedrooms await your arrival, all with queen size beds and include comforters, linens and pillows to keep you comfortable during your stay. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor, and the third is on the lower level walk-out. One full bathroom complete with stand-up shower and additional washroom off the laundry area are fully stocked with bath & hand towels, TP, hand soap and shampoo & body wash in the shower.

O U T D O O R ::
Enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces around the cottage, as well as exploring the trails and forests around the area. We have two kayaks, a canoe and paddle boat for your enjoyment on the water (a few life jackets on-site, but recommend bringing your own in case they are not the right size). Down the steps to the waterfront you will find a large dock with Muskoka chairs and stair ladder into the water for swimming and enjoying the sun & views. Campfire site is set up with log tables and more Muskoka chairs ready for your use - firewood is available a quick 1.2km drive away on Porky's Rd (Please be aware of any local fire bans during your stay). There is also Cornhole and Ladder Golf games in the shed you can set up for some fun competition!

W I N T E R A C T I V I T I E S ::
There are several winter activities close to McHarradise for you to enjoy! There are plenty of snowmobile, cross country and snowshoeing trails, dog sledding and Sir Sam?s ski hill within 30 mins of the cottage.

G U E S T A C C E S S ::
The cottage is located on a private road and during the winter months, the road and driveway will be plowed regularly, however guests may be responsible to shovel a path to the door and clear off the deck for use. There is a Ring doorbell at the front door that overlooks the driveway, for safety of our guests and property.

A D D I T T I O N A L I N F O ::
The cottage is on a septic tank and we ask that only the provided toilet paper be flushed & no food/waste be washed down the sink. Also, unfortunately although we love all pets equally, we do not allow them at this time due to family allergies.
