Wasaga Family Cottage is centrally located within walking distance to Beach 1 Area, Walmart, Harvey's Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen, Boston Pizza and other amenities. The cottage sleeps 12 people. It's perfect for large and/ or extended families. We provide fresh towels and linens (make beds), paper essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins) are also provided. Just come and relax.
The cottage features over 3100 sq feet of space, 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, 7 beds. There are 3 bedrooms on upper level and 2 bedrooms on lower level.
You'll enjoy socializing in the spacious, open concept living/dining/kitchen area and cooking in our fully equipped kitchen. Please, see our new youtube video on the right hand side.
The cottage offers a short drive to Collingwood & Blue Mountains, New Wasaga Casino; 5 min walk to the Nordic and Trail system (30 km of hiking trails, 4 season access).
The dining table has 8 chairs but 4 more can be added (located in the entertainment room). The table can be extended upon request.
IF you need to work remotely, two desks are provided for your convenience. The WIFI connection is strong.
No private parties (prom, underage parties, loud youth events) are permitted. Our guests are groups and families who enjoy their vacation responsibly.

Please note that street parking is not available. The driveway fits 3 vehicles. We've had guests park extra vehicles at Walmart parking in the past with no issues. *Please note that we cannot be held liable for vehicles parked outside our premises.*
