Perfectly equipped for families and couples who love to relax, cook, and be surrounded by nature. We have a dock and a shallow sandy area on our property! Unplug and spend some quality time with your loved ones but should you need it we also have a sauna pool table, and board games.
The lake is refreshing on those hot days, Cottage will quickly become your new happy place. This property located on an around 2 acres lot with over 200 feet shoreline . 7 parking lots are available.You will have your own private dock,picnic table and fire pit area
The town Burks Fall is approximately 10km away. Pop.1000, In town amenities include a Valumart grocery store, LCBO, Tim Hortons, beer store, restaurants with patios, bowling alley & billiards club, bars,cafes & some boutique shops to browse a farmer market on weekends during summer season ,there is a tourism information office for all your inquire etc.
NOTE:
**Vacationer supplies their own linens: Sheets and pillowcases + Inside towels, kitchen towels and beach towels.
We provide duvets , blankets and pillows. Please inquire about other arrangements.
**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and kitchen paper towels.
**Adult life jackets provided on demand.Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to safety and liability concerns.

Minimum 25 years old to rent.
Email transfer 40% down payment of the rent when making reservation. Email transfer the balance one month ahead of arrival including the refundable damage deposit $500 which will be refunded within 24 hours after checkout. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the fees from you with an attachment of the bank transaction information . It will be automatically deposited.
We block the days you want when we receive the down payment.
For pets restrictions, Please pick after the dogs and clean pets' feet when they enter in the house.
