Your family or families will be close to everything in this lakefront cottage near Hanover on Lake Rosalind. Only 5 minutes from town and the grocery store, restaurants, drive-in movie theatre, and so much more right next door. No need to drive the 400 series highways.
The cottage has a natural gas furnace and fireplace for the winter and central air for the summer, even a/c in the bunkie! High speed internet (250-350mbps) for remote work or streaming netflix on one of 4 tvs including one on the dock. A paddle boat and 2 kayaks are included but no outside boats are allowed.
This cottage has all the amenities for summer and winter. There is a dishwasher and full laundry, water cooler, BBQ, hot tub, propane fire table, and wood fire pit area. There are lots of fish in the lake which you can easily catch from right off the dock with 2 fishing poles provided or just jump in the lake for a swim.
