This cabin is Walt Disney's fathers heritage home moved here in 90's from Bluevale. we've been told its his grandfather's home where his Dad Elias was born when family settled in 1830. With a history of preserving/saving log/heritage homes, we've restored it to it's glory keeping the primitive essence.

| Wow! Our family stayed at Kati and Paul's breath taking cottage for 7 days, and what an amazing time we had! The cottage itself is incredible, situated back into the wilderness. Waking up every morning to the sound of nature and waves was exactly what our family needed. We enjoyed sunset fires near the water. It was close enough to town yet far enough to get away from the busy town of Tobermory. Kati was a great host checking in to see if there was anything we needed! Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful cottage. We are looking forward to a visit again in the future!

| What a beautiful cabin with gorgeous views. My family and I enjoyed every bit of the week we spent here. The flying squirrels at night had to be my top exerience at the cabin. Upon entering there is even a welcome tray of condiments and important items we could've (and did) forget at home like olive oil, salt and pepper! A dishwasher, laundry room and 2 beautiful bathrooms to choose from, we definitely stayed clean and comfortable with all the hospitality we could imagine. It was like staying at our own personal family cottage. Kati Jane was so lovely to book with and so helpful when my husband left his phone behind upon checkout; we got it back very quickly! We loved it so much we hope to come back again!

| I had just arrived at my home after spending 3 nights at this cottage, before I get into how beautiful and as described even more beautiful in person, I'd like to mention how welcoming, informative and kind the owner was, planning and communication with her was so smooth and she provided me with all the tips to have a great time at Tobermory. The place had all the necessities and details that made our stay comfortable, even my family was surprised by how equipped the place was. The hot tub, kayaks and canoes with the incredible views and location of the cottage was our highlight. Thank you again for hosting us and we would love to be welcomed there again next summer.
