| Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. Our teenagers had their private space in the loft and we all agreed that we had our best sleeps all week. The cottage layout was perfect, kitchen was very well stocked and everything seemed even nicer than in the photos. The property is very private and we spent lots of time on the dock and caught some gorgeous sunsets. The lake is very peaceful, great for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding etc. Justin was very quick to respond to our needs - communication throughout was great! Our first time in Magnetawan and it was a lovely area.

| Our family just returned from a wonderful week at Treehouse by the Bay.
This cottage is an absolute hidden gem. It was exceptionally clean, cozy and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. We were greeted with a nice welcome note and some local tasty treats. We spent a lot of time on the waterfront dock swimming, relaxing, kayaking and enjoying family time. The fishing was exciting and productive for the grandchildren.
Our host Justin was responsive, welcoming and incredibly helpful answering questions and making suggestions ( ie local Farmer's Market is on Saturday morning).
We couldn't have asked for a more peaceful family vacation. I would highly recommend this beautiful cottage. We definitely plan to return!

| We recently stayed at Treehouse by the Bay and had a great experience. The cottage was exceptionally clean upon arrival, which made us feel comfortable and at home. The space is cozy and inviting and had everything needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water listening to the many birds and watching the squirrels play among the trees. Our three adult children joined us for part of the week and there was plenty of room for all. The dock is well maintained and provides a lovely spot to relax by the water. There was a spot to dock our 16' aluminum boat, with the boat launch only minutes away. Justin was a great host who checked in with us periodically via text to see if there was anything we needed. Looking forward to our next visit to the Tree House.

| We had the most wonderful stay at Treehouse by the Bay. We celebrated my mother in law's 60th birthday over the weekend and this cottage was absolutely perfect. Communication with Justin was exceptional. He responded quickly to inquires, provided recommendations for things to do, checked-in to make sure all was well during our stay and even had a pie delivered to the home for my mother in laws birthday! The cottage was clean and well equipped with all supplies. Location was a dream, right on the lake ! The view and sunsets were breathtaking. We especially enjoyed the water activities (kayaks and canoes) and the supply of firewood for nightly bonfire was greatly appreciated. Overall a wonderful experience and we would come back without hesitation.

| We had the most beautiful and relaxing stay at this cottage. Everything about the experience was perfect. The hosts have clearly put so much thought and care into every detail, which made us feel incredibly welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived.
The cottage was spotlessly clean and truly the cleanest place I've ever stayed. It was also fully stocked with everything we could need, including thoughtful amenities like shampoo, towels, and other comforts that made the stay effortless.
The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit.
One of the most magical parts of the stay was the wildlife. We saw herds of deer walking right past the cottage, which made the whole experience feel peaceful and surreal.
This place is absolutely magnificent. We will definitely be making this our regular vacation spot, and I've already been recommending it to friends and colleagues nonstop.
Highly, highly recommend.
