| We recently spent a wonderful week at this cottage with our family of six—including four teens—and had a fantastic time. The cottage was incredibly well-stocked, with everything we could have needed and more: a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and even coffee. It made settling in and enjoying our stay that much easier.
One of our favourite spots was the sunny dock, complete with Muskoka chairs for everyone and a cooler that doubled as a perfect table. The large umbrella provided much-needed shade during the hotter days, and the kids had a blast swimming and fishing right off the dock. Our three dogs were welcomed and also enjoyed their time at the lake—especially one who couldn't get enough of the water!
The layout of the cottage was great—spacious enough for all of us to feel comfortable, with plenty of room to come together or spread out for some downtime. The Muskoka room was an added bonus, perfect for quiet mornings or evening games.
Another big plus was the location—just a quick 10-minute drive to town, where we found a few restaurants and grocery stores for any essentials. The cottage was easy to get to, and communication with Justin was outstanding throughout the process.
All in all, this was the perfect family getaway, and we'd absolutely return. Highly recommended!

| Beautiful cottage and very clean! Felt like we were at home. The large dock was so nice to sit back and relax on, the water was warm to swim and the lake was so quiet.. you really felt like you were in Northern Ontario with all the surrounding bush. Thanks again for having us!!

| I went for a girls weekend to this cottage. It is a great cottage by the river - very quiet, peaceful, and has all amenities listed. When you walk in, you see exactly what you see in the photos above. It's all organized for you with instructions, especially for first time cottagers. They leave you some local treats and a booklet with information about the cottage and the local sites and hikes in Magnetewan, all within 30 min of driving. The cottage is very clean and ready for use. The hot tub has the cleanest water in all of the cottages I've ever rented. The river was too cold to go in for a dip that weekend, but the dock is what you see in the photos. There are cottage chairs for you to watch the sunset and kayaks/canoes if you want to use them. There is a fire pit to have a fire at night. Lots of wood available to use upstairs. The house itself is cozy with 3 bedrooms, living room area with a fireplace, kitchen and sun room. Fire place is what you see - warms up the place very well. There is also AC and heating inside for cold nights. Coffee machines, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher available. Overall, I really enjoyed this weekend and all that was provided at this wonderful cottage. I would recommend this place to others!

| My wonderful boyfriend recently booked a romantic weekend getaway for my birthday at this cottage, and it was truly a 5-star experience. The location was easy to find, and the cottage was very cozy with a fireplace that was perfect for evening gatherings. The place was spotless, spacious (great for families), and the kitchen was fully equipped. The owners were friendly and provided clear instructions on how to use the appliances. They ensured we had everything we needed and responded quickly to our messages, and they even provided a delicious welcome charcuterie board.
I can't wait to go back and would absolutely recommend!

| We rented this cottage for a last minute winter family getaway after our first booking cancelled. Justin was great to deal with, very friendly and communicative at every step. The instructions were detailed and accurate. The cottage itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with little kids. We had tons of fun alternating between the cold, snowy tobogganing hill (pro tip: use the driveway if the snow is too deep) and the hot tub. It was so nice to have a wood burning fireplace inside for those cold mornings and nights. The beds were cozy and comfortable with nice linens. Overall we had a great time and only wish we could have stayed longer for more winter fun!
