Your vacation starts here! This clean three bedroom cottage in Bracebridge Muskoka overlooks 100 feet of Healey Lake. Your family will enjoy all that Casa Verde has to offer. You'll be comfortable in this 1500 square-foot cottage with an oversize eating area and a large family room. You can dine alfresco on the oversized deck with gorgeous lake views. Healey Lake is ideal for fishing (right off the dock) or take the aluminum boat out to explore the lake. Enjoy swimming in the fresh waters or take the paddleboat or kayaks to experience the beauty of Muskoka! Casa Verde has three bedrooms; two bedrooms have a queen size bed in each and the third bedroom has bunkbeds that are double beds. Bring your own pillows, sheets, blankets and towels. The bedrooms are for eight people maximum. There is a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. Due to the septic tank, we will provide the toilet paper. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances. Stainless steel appliances include fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The eating area boasts a large dining table that seats eight easily and has a gorgeous view overlooking the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes cutlery, glasses, mugs, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, fridge and stove. The water is drinkable and bottled water is not needed. There is dish soap, sanitizer, Lysol wipes as well as other cleaners provided for your convenience.
You will make some amazing memories watching movies on the 50 inch TV that is equipped with Bell satellite and there are plenty of DVDs to choose from. Or feel free to enjoy board games on the card table, there are so many to choose from!
For some downtime, enjoy limited WIFI.
Barbeque and propane is provided for easy summer cooking.
You cannot have a summer experience without a fire pit! The fire pit has all the wood you will need so don't forget to bring the marshmallows!
There are lots of toys for the lake for you to use. Your family will love using the Lillypad, aluminum boat, paddle boat and kayaks. Please bring your own fishing rods, lifejackets and water shoes.
The lake does not have a public boat launch or marina. No boats can be launched from the property.
Bookings are from Sunday to Sunday.

| Booked this cottage in July for a week, pictures looked great but your always a little worried, cottage was perfect, quiet, beautiful view, clean, checked all the boxes we were looking for, owners were attentive, easy to deal with, returned security deposit quick, couldn't ask for a better stay

| We stayed at the cottage for one week in July 2023. From the moment we booked until our security deposit was returned , Lisa and Charlie were always responsive. The cottage itself is huge with a large kitchen, dining and living area. It is well kept and has a very warm feel. We had most of our meals outside on the huge deck admiring the spectacular view. It's a very quite lake with almost no activity. We plan on booking again next year! You will not be disappointed with this hidden gem! Thank you again Lisa and Charlie for your warm hospitality!

| Great family cottage!! Our kids lived in the water and it was great there was shallow water with sand at the edge for them to play in. Close enough to Bracebridge that we could head in there if we needed something quick. Would rent again!!

| I have stayed at this cottage 3 years now. Winter, summer, spring and fall. Amazing location, great for families and tons of fun on and off the lake. The cottage itself is newly renovated with new appliances, new 3 piece bathroom, new kitchen with quartz counters, new flooring throughout and much more. Very clean and cosy. It has a beautiful large deck perfect for a dining or just taking in the gorgeous view of Healey Lake. Excellent fire pit and most importantly LAKE FRONT with a great dock perfect for fishing, relaxing, tanning or anything you want. Only 25 minutes to downtown Bracebridge and close to Santa's village and port carling. Will definitely be coming back for years to come.

| I actually found this cottage on this website as a last minute booking. This was one of these "too good to be true" types of situations, but I was pleasantly surprised. I found the owners were quite responsive and were willing to answer detailed questions and didn't come across as pushy and impatient, which was very much appreciated.
The cottage itself is in a great location, about 20 minutes east of Bracebridge. It simultaneously has the feeling of being private, but not too secluded. The neighbours that we interacted with along the lake were quite friendly. The lake is a bit smaller, which is nice since there's not as much boat traffic.
The good
-Cottage is quite large and boasts 3 bedrooms and adequate space to move around
-Cottage has been renovated and has a great feel and the layout has a great flow
-Water is drinkable from the tap since on a drilled well (every cottage we've been at was supplied by the lake and you'd have to bring your water in)
-Cottage itself is in great shape
-Large deck
-more firewood supplied than you will need
-Lots of great wildlife observed in the water (beavers, otters, loons)
-Cottage owners are very accessible and quick to answer queries in real time.
The areas for improvement
-Most items that were for cottagers were in great shape. A few items needed repair, Feedback was given to cottage owners who quickly initiated process for remediating issues.
