All day sun, breathtaking sunsets, 4 bedroom cottage on Greens lake, Buckhorn,ON. Perfect for all ages; shallow, sandy wade in entry to water and jump in off the end of the 20'x20' large dock. Enjoy all day sun on the patio and/ or dock. Shade available for those that prefer to stay out of the sun. Perfect for star gazing at night off the dock or large patio. 2 hours from Toronto, 90 minutes from East end of GTA. Many multi-use 4 season on trails nearby. 1 peddle boat, 2 adult kayaks, 2 kids kayaks, 1 canoe and 1 inflatable paddle board.
1400 sqft living space all on 1 floor offers plenty of room. Open concept kitchen/dining/living area. Kitchen transitions to a large outdoor deck/patio with all day sun and perfect views of the dock and shoreline. Gorgeous stone walkway to flat greenspace for lakefront games, trampoline, firepit (with Muskoka chair seating) and large 20'x20' dock. 112' of sandy bottom shoreline for the children to wade in and water enthusiasts will love jumping off the dock. Floating water mat for all to enjoy! Basement walk out is unfinished with laundry, additional fridge and games room that includes ping pong and air hockey table. Stairs to the unfinished basement are accessible through a door.
Parking for 3 cars along the fence, cottage is accessible 4 seasons and is easy to access off of a year-round main road. Snowplow services in the winter.
Boat launch on the lake.
Capacity 10 people, maximum 8 adults.

| My family and I visited this cottage for a weekend - we are a mix of adults and very young children. This cottage has everything you could ever need - it was fully stocked and had tons of activities to keep the kids (and adults) entertained. Everything was as advertised and the host was very welcoming and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to anyone!

| Our family had a wonderful time at this cottage. We range in age fro 1 year to 75 years old, and there was something for everyone to enjoy, from jumping on the trampoline to peaceful canoe rides.
Stephanie was a very good hostess. We had everything that we required.
