Tranquil Beach Retreat in Huron Woods Community Grand Bend, 3+2 Bedroom, Open Concept with Hot Tub

Nestled within the private community of Huron Woods in Grand Bend, a 3+2 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, open concept space awaits you! A quick stroll (4 min walk) to the soft sands of the private beach for fun all day and the most amazing sunsets. The beach (2023) is spacious with very little rocks. The water is crystal clear with a sandy bottom and many sandbars which is excellent for children. The beach is one of the best in Canada. You can walk along the beach for several km's. The community has has access to the trails within the pinery which is next door to Huron Woods neighbourhood. Homes and cottages in the community are well kept and owners are friendly and family oriented.

The cottage boasts multiple decks for outdoor relaxing and a fire pit There is an outdoor shower, basketball net and BBQ for your use. The main floor has a sunroom (my favourite place for a morning coffee), open concept living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar. The primary bedroom with ensuite and access outdoors has a queen bed. The main floor also has a second full washroom and bedroom with access to outdoors. A third bedroom is located on the main floor with 2 sets of single bunk beds.

The lower level has a large open concept family room, bedroom with a queen bed, full washroom and area that has a double murphy bed. The basement is a walk-out with access to outdoors.

Decor is cape-cod, beachy.

Grand Bend is a wonderful beach town with many restaurants, shops, wineries, craft breweries, & farmers markets. There is a drive in and also a summer theatre. Lots to do in the area
