Looking for a Northern getaway? This chalet style waterfront cabin is a true northern retreat! Escape the city and enjoy a peaceful getaway in the beautiful North Muskokas!This lovely cabin is exactly what you are looking for to relax, unwind and perfect for a small family or 2 couples vacation.Relish in the stunning sunset on your private sandy beach and dock. breathe in the crisp air by the outdoor fire-pit or get lost in a good book on the deck facing the lake.Retreat your body and soul here. The lake is refreshing on those hot days, Cecebe Retreat Cabin will quickly become your new happy place.The cabin offers 2 bedrooms(1 queen size bed +1 double size bed), 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and a separated shower room.2 Parking is available. This beautiful cottages is exactly what you are looking for to relax, unwind and perfect for family gatherings. Away from the crowd, Relish in the stunning sunsets on the docks , breathe in the crisp air by the outdoor fire-pit or get lost in a good book on the deck facing the lake. Retreat your body and soul here. Deep water off the private dock ( no weeds!) great for swimming and boating. The cabin rents $150 ( 2 bedrooms +1 bathroom+1 shower room+1 kitchen ) per night during weekdays and $250 per night during weekends and holidays in May, June ,September and October.(Each cabin maximum 4 people) During winter season( after Thanksgiving long weekend and before Victoria Day of next year),only the main cottage is available (maximum 8 people)

Our cottage just beside HWY 520,14km drive to HWY 11. About 2.5 hours from Toronto Pearson International Airport.
The closest town of Magnetawan is approximately 6 mins drive . The other town Burk's Falls is approximately 15km. Pop.1000, In town amenities include a Valumart grocery store, LCBO,Ice cream store, Tim Hortons, beer store, restaurants with patios, bowling alley & billiard
There is a local farm named Hutch Harmony just 1 minute drive from our cottage, You could purchase all kind of fresh organic meat and eggs etc at this farm.
Only rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday during high season from the end of June to the end of August. Minimum 2 nights off season in Spring and Autumn. Check in after 4pm and check out by 11am.

NOTE:
**Vacationer supplies their own linens: Sheets and pillowcases + Inside towels, kitchen towels ,washroom towels and beach towels.
We provide duvets , blankets and pillows.Please inquire about other arrangements.
**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and kitchen paper towels etc.
**Adult life jackets provided on demand.Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to safety and liability concerns.
The water is drinkable from the well.
Bring your own firewood please.
Email transfer 40% down payment of the rent when making reservation. Email transfer the balance one month ahead of arrival including the refundable damage deposit fee $200 which will be refunded within 24 hours after checkout. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the fees from you with an attachment of the bank transaction information. It will be automatically deposited.
We block the days you want when we receive the down payment.

About the hosts:
I have a very active and happy family,I had served Canada Army for 30 years and have retired from military couple years ago, my wife Rachel and kids enjoy cottage lifestyle very much. We fell in love with Lake Cecebe instantly when we first visited in summer 2019. The lake is perfect for any family to spend quality time with their loved ones. We are dedicated to provide you with the excellent experience in our cottage.
Rachel is a registered massage therapist and acupuncturist who has over 18 year rich experience with Traditional Chinese Medicine background. She works at Impact Healthcare and MyoDynamic Health in Barrie for over 8 years. She provides all kind of massage techniques such as Swedish relaxation massage, Therapeutic massage, Deep tissue Massage, Trigger Point Massage, Acupressure point Massage, Hot stone massage, Myofascial release massage, Prenatal massage(side-lying), Cupping therapy massage, Scraping therapy massage and Acupuncture etc.

| We just came back after staying there for a week. Luc and Rachel were super welcoming and make us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We had a good family time there. The cabin that we live is not big but cosy.The lake is perfect for kayak and canoeing, Our dog had an absolute blast swimming in the lake. My husband enjoyed fishing in the small town nearby. Highly recommended!

| This cottage was a great get away for us and our pup. The cottage was awesome, quiet, clean, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. The area was quiet. The guest are provided kayaks, canoes and paddle boats. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Overall it was a great trip. We will definitely book again.

| Lovely view and great cottage! Provided canoes and paddle boats. The cottage was clean and had dishes and a gas barbecue that worked wonders Pet friendly area with lots of dogs having fun!! Me and my family had so much fun with our dog:)
