Welcome to our beautiful beach house in Grand Bend, the ultimate vacation destination for beach lovers! Sunset Villa is located close enough to all the attractions Grand Bend has to offer but far enough to enjoy a peaceful evening BBQing, soaking in hot tub or conversations over the fire pit. When you're not relaxing at the house, there's plenty to see and do in the area. Kids will enjoy the games room after a long beach day equipped with air hockey/ pool table/basketball/foose ball and amazing speaker system.
Pinery Provincial Park is a 10 minute drive from Sunset Villa & you get a free daily pass to use!! The park is great for beach lovers as it has 9 beach lots with ample parking. Lot 1 & 2 are dog beaches, the rest are not. We suggest parking Lot 9 as this has the easiest access to the beach with your cooler and etc.
The park has many winter activities available: Cross Country Skiing, Skating, Tobogganing & much more!
Enjoy the private backyard with a 8 person hot tub that heats up super hot (100F)!
The hot tub now has a roof on top of it, so rain or snow your good to use it!
Come see our one of a kind scenic sunroom surrounded by mature trees with clouds that light up to any colour you like.
Brand new hot tub just installed that is heated and ready to use! The games room has air hockey, pool table, foosball, basketball. We also have a sound system that connects via Bluetooth.
The Cottage is located on a quiet private street with mature trees all around. The sunroom is full of windows + has heated floors /AC & a custom cloud lighting feature that you control from your phone with the Goove app.
If you love cooking you'll love this chefs kitchen equipped with a gas stove & ample counter space. Dish washer + detergent will be available.
Family Meals? Enjoy the dinning table that can seat up to 10, or a 6 person table in the kitchen & a dinette in the sun room. The dinette is great for kids or a secluded work space.
This Grand Bend beach house is also minutes from Pinery Provincial Park & the pass for this park is provided which covers parking & entry for one vehicle for the day.

| Great location and value. We did not leave the house once, the games room was very entertaining for adults and kids. We have stayed at multiple places but this one is by far our favourite - the host is super responsive, we had a issue with the fireplace & he had it fixed within 20 minutes! Furnishing was exactly like the pictures if not better. The hot tub had fit 7 adults comfortably , we also had a snow storm so were super happy when we saw the hot tub is just two steps from the back door, it also has a roof on the top the snow did not stop us from using it. If your looking for a entertaining cottage Sunny's place is definitely worth the consideration.

| Clean, close to amenities, enjoyed the peaceful backyard! Host was amazing with any help we needed. We stayed for about a week and the kitchen had everything we needed! The AC works amazing and kept the house cool. We had parking for all four cars also, will be back

| Sunny is absolutely amazing do deal with! The cottage is beautiful and my kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. Unfortunately, the pool table was broken and there were holes in the one bedroom door. It was disappointing that someone had wrecked the place before we had gotten there, but Sunny was great and apologized for this. I would definitely recommend this place!
