Water front is easy entry, gradual sand bottom, great for young children, older people and those generally nervous around water. No weeds. Great swimming or canoe, kayak, paddleboat out to the floating raft (all included). Huge umbrella and muskoka chairs on the dock, hammock plus lots of other portable seating ..you can be on the dock all day and enjoy the water, the sun and the classic Muskoka sunsets.

Inside you'll find an open concept floor plan with 2 dining areas (seating 14 people at the tables) plus bar seating at the new quartz kitchen island. Propane central heating for 4 season enjoyment. There are 3 sitting areas: lounge and watch the 50inchTV on the big comfy couch, sit and play a game in the window area, or enjoy the outdoor/indoors in the 3 season Muskoka room.

Great high speed internet and wifi. Kitchen is fully equipped, and there are 2 fridges, one for your food and one for all the beverages. Easy to vacation here or make this where you work from home !!

Three sizeable bedrooms in the main cottage with a king and ensuite, queen bedroom and twin/double/trundle bed in the middle sharing the second bathroom with shower and tub for the kids. The outdoor Bunkie has a large bedroom with both a queen bed, double bed, and a couch, great for the relatives or privacy for the teens (note: no central heating in bunkie).
