BOOKING FOR 2023 Whether you want to simply relax and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine or take advantage of the amenities in our beautiful, little corner of the world, you will love our family oriented Retreat at 14 Old Hill, Turkey Point. We offer year round living. We are minutes from the beach, restaurants, ice cream outings, hiking/ biking trails and seadoo/boat rentals. Turkey Point offers a small grocery store, LCBO and marina.
Our bright and open, heat & air conditioned, bungalow is 1225 sq ft and will accommodate 8 people, has 3 bedrooms and 4 piece bath. The large kitchen, is fully equipped with everything you will need, including air fryer. Cottage has a Smart TV with High speed internet.
You will enjoy the back yard space, which includes patio, outdoor dining, BBQ (with propane) and fire pit. After an awesome day at the beach, you can use outside shower (has hot and cold water) take advantage of showering under the stars.
Cottage rentals are weekly, from Friday to Friday during July and August.
Weekends and weekdays available during May, June and Sept.
Also available for rent full time from October to May
Check in time is 4PM and check out is 11AM
THINGS to BRING:
Bedding - sheets, blankets and pillows (2 Queen beds, 1 single over double bunk beds, double futon)
Towels - for bath and beach
Bathroom - toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc)
FOLLOWING is included:
Kitchen - Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, dish cloths, tea towels, dish soap and some cleaning supplies.
We will provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags.
Bag of beach toys, board games, cards, crib, books and corn hole.
Maximum parking for 4 vehicles and Electric Vehicle plug in is available.
Rental Agreement is required to be signed, upon booking.

| We were so incredibly lucky to have found this lovely cottage/bungalow for our 2wk vacation at the eleventh hr.! At first sight you notice how spacious and manicured the grounds are. It has parking for multiple cars and the backyard has a two tiered stone patio with a natural gas bbq; a table & 6 chairs w/umbrella as well as an outdoor enclosed shower w/ hot & cold running water. Perfect for showering or rinsing off the sand from the beach where the Lake is only a short walk away from the cottage! Evenings can be spent around the wood burning fire pit. (firewood can be purchased across the road on Oldhill which is handy!) We found the Cottage itself to be well maintained, clean and comfortable with A/C and internet. The windows surrounding the Cottage brought in an abundance of sunlight with blackout curtains for privacy. The living room & dining room were spacious with a large screen tv above the fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with large size fridge & stove. 3 bedrooms easily sleep 7 people (queen bed, queen bed, bunk bed w/ dbl & single) plus a futon couch in LR. The mattresses were wonderfully comfortable! Tons of closet and dresser space. One bathroom w/tub/shower.
Penny and Mike were great hosts and more than accommodating!
We can't wait to return next year!

| This cottage is lovely, very clean and comfortable! We recently stayed for a weekend and loved it. The location is great, just a block to the beach! The air conditioning was a bonus as well as the wifi. My favorite feature was the outdoor shower, so amazing! great outdoor space, with dining table/umbrella and yard to enjoy...and plenty of parking space as well. The cottage had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. I would highly recommend this property to rent.

| We had a great week,plenty of space,but yet very cozy.The outdoor shower was awesome,with hot and cold water.The rooms were very clean,and comfortable.Everything you needed was available,and a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to rent,the owners were very accompanying to make sure youtmr holiday is the best

| We just spent a fantastic week at this perfect cottage. It is very well maintained & equipped with anything you may need for cooking & entertaining.
Many fires & S'mores were enjoyed by the camp fires. Great backyard & proximity to the beach, restaurants & wineries in the area.
Highly recommended & hope to enjoy the cottage again.
Penny was an amazing host & the cottage shows her true love of it.

| We spent a week at this lovely, homey and spacious cottage. We found the cottage very clean and well equipped. The kitchen seemed to have everything one might need?even measuring spoons and cups. The cottage is bright with lots of windows!
The air conditioning was welcomed after hours at the nearby beach. There are also ceiling fans in living room, dining area and kitchen. The outdoor shower was a hit with our grandchildren. The back yard is very private with a lovely brick patio. Great BBQ. Dining out is a treat on the large table with a large umbrella and comfortable chairs. Evenings were spent by the great fire pit. Lots to do in the area from theatre to wine tours.
