Our cottage compound is 2 hrs east of Toronto. We have 200 ft waterfront, over one acre property for your party to enjoy. Next to vacant land which provide ultimate quietness for a perfect vacation. The unique design of our resort provide you separate sleeping quarters that each family can enjoy their privacy at night while having fun together during the day. Parents can have a early good night sleep in the cabin while your adult children stay late with friends or siblings have fun chatting or playing games in the loft freely not waking up their parents. Good internet and TV has WIFI capability Good swimming and fishing off the dock. Full kitchen with new fridge, BBQ , fire pit with complimentary free firewood, Free boat docking, Bedding and towels are included in the rental. Check-in: Saturday 3pm Check-out: Saturday 10am. This vacation compound contains 2 cottage buildings which is perfect for famiy / friend gathering but still have some privacy for individual.
The cabin contains 2 bedrooms, One has queen size bed and the other one has 2 single beds, sitting/ dining area, kitchen, 3 pieces (shower) bathroom. Car can be parked outside the cabin and no stairs to climb. The kitchen is well-equipped with new fridge/freezer, a bar fridge, no dishwasher.
The loft has a queen bed and a queen size futon. It can sleep up to 4 people maximum; it also has a pantry with mini fridge. You can watch your own TV comfortably from your bed; toilet and sink are there for your convenience.
There is also a 100 sq ft outhouse 3 pieces (shower) bathroom; it also has a washing machine free to use.
Outdoor amenities include: promenade front deck, two big docks, outdoor furniture; four-seater paddle boat. fishing boat (regular size life jackets for free to use for kids and adults), bicycles, etc. Big parking area in front of the cabin. Bedding and towels are included in the rental.
Pets are welcome to our property. Pets are free to play in the water or have fun on our lawn as long as the owners clean up any waste after these lovely animals.
Free boat launch is 10 minutes from the cottage.
There is a marina nearby will provide boat . jet ski rental including delivery.
We also provide pontoon boat rental with captain for your lesisure lake tour; fishing boat with motor is available for rental as well.

| One word to describe this place - LOVELY. The place was very comfortable and clean, the sunset was gorgeous and the host was extremely accommodating. Most impressive thing was that we could enjoy our own private time staying in the loft while my kids and their friend had fun in the cabin. we voted to be back in 2024.

| We had a wonderful time at Mike's cottage. The place is stunning and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed all the comforts of home while playing games and doing puzzles in the evening. During the day we swam, cycled and fished. Our family of 8 people (3 generations) are all had a wonderful. My in-laws and us stayed in the cabin while kids stayed in the loft. My father-in-law and my husband got up early to catch fish and not worried of waking up the kids. My mother-in-law loved the kitchen since she could make breakfast before kids got up. I just simply relaxed by the dock with my morning coffee and listened to the birds. Kids enjoyed their freedom of late night internet games without parents' interruptions. We brought our own boat and loved exploring the lake and visiting the local marinas for icecream and treats. We would highly recommend Mike's cottage and hope to spend more time there soon!

| The owners of the property are two of the nicest people we have ever come to meet and have become friends ever since. The two cottages that we rented on this beautiful serene lake were clean, tidy, stocked and well furnished for the 6 adults, dog and cat that stayed for the seven days. Host gave us our privacy as they live on the land as well but were the perfect hosts, there when you needed something or had a question, gave us some great tips, places to visit and a marina that rented seadoos. The location was excellent with lots of privacy. An unbelievable sunset that we took full advantage of just sitting on the deck that looks directly at the sun setting into the trees.
The cottages are well stocked with all the things you'd expect to find when renting. The beds were comfortable with clean linens and the furniture was not what we expected which was a welcome surprise. It wasn't the typical used furniture from a thrift store or pass me downs but rather well built and very comfortable pieces in a well laid out space. There was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles .
I'm a very picky person and I found this cottage to be the best deal we found (and we looked at a ton of them). What sold us was the view of the lake, the cleanliness of the cottage.
I will say this in closing, if you are looking for the perfect spot with the nicest people to deal with, look no further, you will not be disappointed.

| There are no words to describe how perfect this cottage getaway is. My family and friends stayed at this cottage and everything was absolutely spectacular. This is our second time booking this location with Mike and he was very responsive and accommodating to our group, he left no questions unanswered. We were welcomed with a spotless home. Each bedroom was well equipped with clean linens and towels.
The outdoor scenery of this cottage is unexplainable. The clear water, rocks and magical sunsets are breathtaking. It is a quiet part of the lake with very friendly neighbours. But don't forget to bring your water shoes! There is not one bad thing to say about this cottage. It is the perfect stay for a fun, relaxing week. We cannot thank the host Mike enough, this is definitely the best cottage we have ever been to, and cannot wait to come back next year.

| Beautiful cottage with wonderful lake and sunset views. Great for two couples or extended family. Our kids with friends stayed in the loft while our mother and us stayed in the cabin. A lovely private spot with everything you need for ultimate relaxation! There is a big deck and no stairs to go in the cabin that is excellent for our mother who can't climb stairs.
The many amenities and facilities available which provide options that everyone enjoys - be it fishing, boating, swimming, reading and relaxing on docks, hammocks, decks or indoors. The bar-b-q on the deck facing the water make it simple and enjoyable to dine outdoors, as we did in the evenings. We have always had a wonderful family stay whenever we rented the cottage from our host Mike, and he is very kind, considerate and conscientious in all his dealings with us. And we were delighted and thankful to our caring host. Looking forward to come back next year.
