This versatile & freshly renovated cottage is perfect for large families & friends (max 10 people 13 years and older). Everyone will be sure to enjoy the spacious & spectacular outdoor space, which includes dining table, BBQ, fire table, cozy seating, hammock and ample parking (3 spots or more upon request). While indoors, sit back and relax in one of the 3 living room spaces with new comfy couches & smart TVs. With 9 NEW beds, everyone will have a spot to rest. Stay here and have a funtastic, "Good Vibes Only" experience in the heart of Grand Bend village! This property has a unique and very functional layout which provides 2 separate units (duplex style)- making it ideal for multi-family / larger group stays, or those looking for some privacy amongst the group. Both units are freshly renovated and are included in the rental fee & entire package.
The main unit / lower unit has: two bedrooms, a full kitchen, full bathroom (with tub and stand up shower), dining area (includes expandable dining table), two common rooms with sectional sofa beds and TVs, a laundry room and access to the huge deck.
The 2nd unit / upper level has: two bedrooms, a den (with sleeper sofa), small dining area, half bath and is separate from the main unit (includes its own separate entrance).Need to do some work during your stay? We have a dedicated office space in this unit with desk, chair, monitor and great internet. Work without distractions while people spend time in the main unit.
*Booking guest must sign a separate detailed agreement prior to check in (rules, expectations, guest list details, contact info). House manual will also be shared. Please inquire with hosts for more details regarding the agreement.
**Renters please be aware that the stairwell going up to upper unit is narrow (about 2ft wide) and the ceilings are angled / lower.

****Traveling with your furry friend? Just know that pets entering onto the premises, must be approved by hosts prior to booking. Unauthorized pets will not be permitted. Max 2 pet limit. Also note, that there is no grass on the property, so all pets will need to do their business off property. We ask that you please respect our neighbours and pick-up after your dog(s) as well. Pets are not permitted on the 2nd floor/upper unit nor are they allowed to climb on furniture or beds (no exception). Ideally, pets should be crated when left unattended at the cottage.

| What a great place to stay! This cottage has been newly renovated and has everything you need. The outside space is fantastic with lots of seating, tables for dinning, easy to use fire pit, fire table and BBQ. Propane was provided!
Inside the cottage was clean, air conditioned and had a TV on all floors! The kitchen was fully equipped and had a big table for meals, snacking and games!!!
The beach is beautiful and only a quick walk with two different routes to take. Everything you need is within walking distance with lots of great food, shopping or entertainment.
There was parking, a garage for storing our wagon, beach umbrella and coolers if needed!
Parking on site. Our large family had such a wonderful time staying together at this cottage. The name speaks for itself? Good Vibes Only!

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and welcoming ?Good Vibes Only? cottage in Grand Bend. The hosts were exceptional! They were helpful, friendly, professional and always quick to reply to any questions we had. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated, very well equipped, comfortable and well maintained. Amazing five star accommodations! The location was ideal for us because we were only a short walk away from a variety of restaurants, shops and of course.. the stunning Grand Bend beach. We highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an unforgettable stay that is sure to impress. We hope to be back soon!

| My husband and I wanted to rent a cottage to enjoy a mini winter getaway somewhere close to home. This cottage was ALL we needed and more. Great location, beautiful and comfortable, and purely good vibes!
It is a convenient location, just down the street from restaurants and less than 5 minute drive from grocery and stores if you need to stock up on anything.
If you've never been, the popular beach at Grand Bend is a short walk away and is incredible to visit in winter. See huge ice hills of frozen waves, watch a beautiful winter beach sunset, and enjoy a lovely, relaxed stroll along the pier.
A 15-minute drive to a Canadian winter wonderland at Pinery Provincial Park and you can rent snow-shoes or cross-country skis to enjoy winter trails. Bring seeds and you can even feed birds from your hand! A lot of fun.
The cottage itself is sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with stylish, lovely details. They clearly went above and beyond to ensure guests tenjoyed a comfortable and fun time inside the cottage as much as possible. For instance, hubby and I really appreciated the big, modern TVs while we binged on Netflix at night:) The beds are comfy. And there were many little touches that you can tell these owners put a lot of love and care into (like a sweet welcome note, comfy slippers and a huge selection of teas). Kitchen is fully stocked
with everything you need for a home away from home. We will be returning again and tell friends, for sure!

| We had the pleasure of spending our Christmas in this cottage. Right from when I first contacted Nicole about a Christmas rental, she was nothing but willing to try and help make this a great experience and time of year. We walked in to the cottage and felt welcomed right away. From the message on the board to the relaxing atmosphere. First vacation in a long time I was able to forget about work. The communication was great all the way through and especially when Mother Nature struck with a snow storm and hydro outage. No question was a bother. Definitely hoping to get back here again.
