This versatile & freshly renovated cottage is perfect for large families & friends (max 10 guests can be 13 years and older). Everyone will be sure to enjoy the spacious & spectacular outdoor space, which includes dining table, BBQ, fire table, cozy seating, hammock and ample parking (3 spots or more upon request). While indoors, sit back and relax in one of the 3 living room spaces with new comfy couches & smart TVs. With all of the beds, everyone will have a spot to rest. Stay here and have a funtastic, "Good Vibes Only" experience in the heart of Grand Bend village! This property has a unique and very functional layout which provides 2 separate units (duplex style)- making it ideal for multi-family / larger group stays, or those looking for some privacy amongst the group. Both units are freshly renovated and are included in the rental fee & entire package.
The main unit / lower unit has: two bedrooms, a full kitchen, full bathroom (with tub and stand up shower), dining area (includes expandable dining table), two common rooms with sectional sofa beds and TVs, a laundry room and access to the huge deck.
The 2nd unit / upper level has: two bedrooms, a den (with sleeper sofa), small dining area, half bath and is separate from the main unit (includes its own separate entrance).Need to do some work during your stay? We have a dedicated office space in this unit with desk, chair, monitor and great internet. Work without distractions while people spend time in the main unit.
*Booking guest must sign a separate detailed agreement prior to check in (rules, expectations, guest list details, contact info). House manual will also be shared. Please inquire with hosts for more details regarding the agreement.
**Renters please be aware that the stairwell going up to upper unit is narrow (about 2ft wide) and the ceilings are angled / lower.
***Min 2 night stay off peak season. 3 night min on long weekends. 7 night min peak summer (Sat to Sat)
****Traveling with your furry friend? Just know that pets entering onto the premises, must be approved by hosts prior to booking. Unauthorized pets will not be permitted. Max 2 pet limit. Also note, that there is no grass on the property, so all pets will need to do their business off property. We ask that you please respect our neighbours and pick-up after your dog(s) as well. Pets are not permitted on the 2nd floor/upper unit nor are they allowed to climb on furniture or beds (no exception). Ideally, pets should be crated when left unattended at the cottage.

| We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning beach rental! The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped for our large family—plenty of bedrooms, multiple lounging areas, and a kitchen that made group meals a breeze. The beach was very close, and many beach amenities were available at the house. The kids loved all the games there, while the adults appreciated the peaceful vibe and thoughtful touches throughout.

| This is the third year we have stayed at Good Vibes cottage. My family and I love going here because it is close to everything in Grand Bend. The cottage is will land out with everything you need. It is fun for the whole family. This is the place we come to every year.

| We had a wonderful experience at Good Vibes Only! Our family has actually visited this cottage twice - the first experience was so positive that we returned again recently! The hosts are kind and very responsive to all communications, very pleasant to work with. Absolutely no difficulties with the booking process or with check-in or check-out. The cottage itself is wonderful. We really enjoyed having different spaces to spend time in and the deck is absolutely amazing! The kitchen is well stocked and has a lovely large table which was great for meals or other activities. The other amenities were great as well with bedding and towels provided. The location is very central in Grand Bend and we enjoyed walking down to the beach and enjoying the outdoors.
We had a wonderful time at Good Vibes Only and our time here will hold a special place in our memories. We would certainly consider returning again in future.

| What a great place to stay! This cottage has been newly renovated and has everything you need. The outside space is fantastic with lots of seating, tables for dinning, easy to use fire pit, fire table and BBQ. Propane was provided!
Inside the cottage was clean, air conditioned and had a TV on all floors! The kitchen was fully equipped and had a big table for meals, snacking and games!!!
The beach is beautiful and only a quick walk with two different routes to take. Everything you need is within walking distance with lots of great food, shopping or entertainment.
There was parking, a garage for storing our wagon, beach umbrella and coolers if needed!
Parking on site. Our large family had such a wonderful time staying together at this cottage. The name speaks for itself Good Vibes Only!
