Spectacular riverside home! This century home has been completely renovated top to bottom and has gorgeous river views and a dock! The main floor has a large, bright living room and incredible eat-in kitchen with large windows overlooking the Saugeen River. There is a walk-out from the kitchen to a massive deck with outdoor dining and stairs down to a sprawling lawn and another dining area below the deck for shaded dinners. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, a 4-piece bathroom and a laundry area. Upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms and another 4-piece bathroom. This lovely home has everything you need to kick back and relax and enjoy your stay in beautiful Saugeen Shores. There is a dock for your use to park your boat or jet skis and swimming in the river is exhilarating! The rentals include the following bedding: mattress protectors, pillows, pillow protectors. Guests are to bring sheets, blankets and towels.
