The "JOLIET CHALET" Beautifully renovated four season year round cottage, fully equipped and furnished with style, decor and passion both indoors and outdoors. Located on a luscious, mature forested lot with deeded access to spectacular and private beaches within 5 mins walking distance (Coutnac Beach) on Georgian Bay. You will be greeted by a sandy shoreline and shallow water ideal for you and your family. It is your perfect "FUNtastic" destination Our Space: The house sleeps comfortably 7 people. First floor features: - Open layout Kitchen fully equipped with bar area and Dining table - Living Room with a big-screen TV, fireplace and sofa bed - One full bath with glass-encased shower - Laundry Room with stacked washer and dryer, along with a utility sink and shelves Second floor features: - 3 bedrooms - Two full bathrooms: 1 with glass-encased shower, Deep Soaker Tub and Twin Vanity, the other with a glass-encased shower and Single Vanity - Patio door access to a large Deck Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 : 1 Queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed (single/ double) and 1 futon bed

Coming from two islands known for their beaches ,we wanted to bring this experience to our little ones as we embrace Ontario and its beautiful lakes. After months of search , we stumble upon Tiny township, and fell in love with the area and its shoreline. We cannot wait to share this experience with our guests.

| Five-star cottage, beautifully furnished/decorated and absolutely spotless upon arrival. Big yard, private deck, hot tub, gazebo, fire pit, short walk to shared private beach; everything you need to relax. Great hosts.

| We had a wonderful time at The Joliet Chalet. It was very clean, great amenities and so easy to get to the beach. The beach was very clean, shallow for small children and the other beach goers were very friendly. I do recommend bringing a wagon to bring your chairs and beach accessories, it would have been difficult to manage everything without one.
The cottage is well maintained and fit my family comfortably. The hosts answered all questions promptly and gave great suggestions for things to do in the area. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is your place.

| The house was beautiful and very clean upon arrival. We loved all the decorations. We were thoroughly pleased with all the amenities and things available to us. We spent so much time outside in the spacious yard. It was a very cozy home, perfect for my family and I. Hosts were so accommodating and answered all my questions in a timely manner, they were so helpful and made us feel so welcome. Definitely a place I recommend to other families and would love to come back for a getaway.

| We stayed at the Joliet Chalet with 4 friends over Christmas Eve in 2022. Communication with the host was very easy. She answered my numerous questions promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. Check-in was also a breeze as was checkout. The cottage was beautifully decorated and spotless and had everything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

| We had a wonderful stay to wrap up our summer at the Joliet Chalet! Cottage is beautifully renovated and furnished with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and outside, including amenities for the kids such as pack and play, high chair, kids dinnerware, kids picnic table/camping chairs, beach toys, and wagon. Good quality kitchenware, bedding, and lots of included pantry staples also made our stay that much more enjoyable.
The only downside (which is not really a downside at all) is that it lacked a "cottage feel" compared to more rustic places, or cottages that are directly on a waterfront. The walk to beach 4 is short enough, but a wagon is highly recommended with young kids to maximize their beach time.
Overall an excellent stay!
