Gorgeous, newly built cottage located on a private lot in Sauble Beach, 4-minute walk from the public beach and shopping on Main Street. The cottage is a spacious 1600 sq. ft. and includes:

4 bedrooms (the first three bedrooms each have a queen bed, the fourth bedroom has 2 stackable twins plus a twin over twin bunk). A rollaway bed is available for an extra child under 12. Bed linens provided. The living room also has a pull-out futon and 2 of the bedrooms have desk workspaces.

Other amenities include:

Looking to rent to families, weekly Saturday to Saturday with optional 3-night minimum stays in Spring, Fall and Winter. Pet Policy: Small, non-shedding dogs okay.

New in 2022, the Town of South Bruce Peninsula has introduced a mandatory short-term rental licensing program. The license obtained from the Town permits this cottage to have up to 8 adults (2 per bedroom) or up to 12 people with 2 adults per bedroom and the rest of the guests under the age of 13. The Town will permit no more than 3 persons per bedroom. Also new from the Town of South Bruce Peninsula in 2022 is a mandatory municipal accommodation (MAT) tax of 4% for short-term rentals under 30 days. The breakdown of fees is as follows:

Absolute paradise! My family and I would highly recommend this cottage and will be back again. The cottage is gorgeous and just steps away from the beach. The kitchen had all the amenities to make some beautiful meals and the layout made it easy for all to enjoy individual quiet time if needed. Our stay was amazing and quite memorable. Doesn't get much better than this!

Absolutely beautiful cottage!!
Our stay here was wonderful. Location is awesome. Cottage is amazing. Very spacious. Has a beautiful huge patio. Had lots of bonus things we enjoyed - ping pong, tether ball, fireplace, and record player!
Highly recommended!
