The bay is quiet and off the main channel giving your family more privacy from the water and is located towards the end of a dead end, eliminating traffic passing by. A public beach a few minutes drive either by boat or car makes for great swimming or play area for kids and adults alike. A general store, LCBO, gas bar and restaurant are only a 5 min drive away in Rideau Ferry.
Located halfway between Perth and Smith Falls, you can sightsee and enjoy all that both small towns have to offer. A drive in theatre is just down the road for another night out adventure, showing the newest releases for kids and adults in the summer months.
The rear yard has a lot across the road with room for a tent, RV or trailer for visiting guests. This rustic cottage boasts a second floor bathroom and has a curtained off space for additional sleeping arrangements.
