5 night rentals (Sun thru Thurs nights) also available. Professionally built 4 season waterfront getaway in Muskoka, situated on a quiet bay on the north side of the Trent-Severn waterway, a 1/ 2 km from the Severn River. Sleeps 10 in the winter, 12 in the summer (2 in the bunky).
In summer, plenty of water sports for kids of all ages. Gradual sloping lot to the water, to a natural walk in shoreline. Severn waterway allows for hours of exploration by kayak, canoe or SUP (all included). 20 minute drive to Torrance Barrens Preserve (hiking, awesome star gazing), 30 min drive to Bala, 30 min to Gravenhurst, 1hour to Huntsville, 2 hour drive from Toronto.
3 bedrooms upstairs. Master bedroom views to the water and has a queen bed. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen and a bunk bed, each. Full bathroom upstairs, shower and soaker tub. Main floor has bathroom, laundry room, modern kitchen with island, dining room, living room, walk out to deck, 3 season sunroom with walk out to deck. Central a/c. Water is from 120 ft artesian well, and is also triple filtered. Cottage is just 10 years old. Fire pit for campfires near the waterfront, dock & deck on the water.

| My family has rented this cottage annually for several years now and we are never disappointed! The cottage is comfortable and has all the amenities needed to make for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The lake is perfect for swimming and enjoying use of the kayaks, paddleboard, and canoe! Ideal for kids as it is situated on a quiet bay away from fast moving water craft, plus lots of room on the docks for adults to watch and relax. Looking forward to returning again next year!

| Amazing secluded cottage , all the amenities of home set on a beautiful lake. The host(s) are a great family and very helpful, informative and responsive. The lake is quiet and calm, great for kayaking, SUP, canoeing etc. The cottage is exactly as pictured, very clean and organized.

| This cottage was a wonderful place to stay with our family. Inside was beautiful and had all you needed. There were tons of games and movies for the kids for rainy or relaxing days. The water toys were a fantastic addition to go explore and fish. Bryan the owner was great from beginning to end and very helpful with any questions we had and checking in to make sure our arrival and stay was comfortable.The neighbors were also great. My family and I will definitely go back!!

| Our family had such a wonderful time at Bryan's cottage! We had never been to Muskoka before and our stay was such a lovely introduction to the area. The location was perfect for us. We were only a 30 minute drive from Gravenhurst and Muskoka Beach as well as Torrance and Bala, so we did lots of day trips exploring the area. My husband and I also checked out the nearby Torrance Barrens Dark-Sky Preserve one night, which was amazing. It was very interesting learning about the Trent-Severn Waterway that the cabin is on, and we rented a boat from Sopher's Landing Marina to see more of it as well as one of the locks nearby. There is also a fun rope swing on the way to the lock!
The cabin itself was perfect with lots of space for all of us (4 adults and 2 kids), and Bryan was a wonderful host! We had everything we needed and more in kitchen for making all our meals. There were tons of games and outdoor activities, like the trampoline, kayaks, paddleboards, fire pit, etc. There is a nice little cleared area right at the edge of the water for little ones to play. As you go out, there is some seaweed, but if you're on a kayak/SUP, you don't notice it. I loved the location for the tranquility. It was so peaceful and quiet. That also means there will be a few bugs, so bring some bug spray! But I can assure you, it's worth it! Thanks so much for an incredible trip!
