This waterfront executive home was built in 2020. This one level rancher with walkout basement sits on a 1.5 acre waterfront lot on the Sou-West Rive in Long River PEI. This custom built home features gourmet kitchen with wall oven and propane cook top in an open concept living area with big screen tv and propane fireplace. This home consists of 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths one bathroom has custom tile shower. This 3500 square foot home is fully equipped with everything you would need while on vacation including satellite tv, internet and air conditioning for those warm summer nights. This property is a weekly rental only Saturday to Saturday from June 25th until September 3/2022. The off season stay is a 4 day minimum. This property is more flexible on booking dates during off season.

Perfect for a large group of family or friends, and features a brand new in-ground pool surrounded by a large cement deck

July 01 until July 22 I will be offering a four night mim stay at $750 plus taxes a night.

Pool will be usable as of June 1, 2023, and large grass area can be used down to the water.
