Welcome to the Izzy's Lookout in Leamington, Ontario! Available all year round you can enjoy this spacious two bedroom lake house. Whether you are here to bird watch, enjoy Point Pelee or just to relax, this lake house has it all. Located just 10 mins from Hillman Marsh, 15 mins from Wheatley Provincial Park, and 10 mins from Point Pelee or downtown Leamington. Public boat launch and beach nearby. Lake house has a large primary bedroom on the second floor that has a King size bed, coffee bar and a large walk out deck overlooking the lake. Main floor includes a second bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, full kitchen, large dining area, laundry and a large living room. Living room has a games table, tv and 2 patio doors that show off the view of the lake. Large back yard has 3 decks & patio and includes 2 BBQ's and a fire pit. Need to get some work done? | This gorgeous lake house was beautifully furnished and decorated. It was immaculately maintained both inside and out. The morning sunrise over the lake is breathtaking! The yard is perfect for eating outside and playing lawn games. The location is perfect, not far from the national park. Great biking area! Communication with Lisa was easy. Totally enjoyed our stay!

| Izzy's lake house is a fantastic and quiet place to relax, surrounded by natural beauty and, most of all, we enjoyed the hospitality of Lisa and her family. She is a superb host who gave wonderful personal touch to welcome us at her cottage. The place is meticulous with attention to detail, aesthetically pleasing, well stocked for everything we needed, has comfortable beds and two big decks offering scenic lookout. My friend and I enjoyed the sunrise, had lovely visit to Point Pelee (pass provided by Lisa) and just relaxed in the backyard listening to the calming sounds of the waves. This place is very close to the town and many scenic places.
This was the first visit for my friend who came from N. Carolina to spend some time with me and what a lovely and perfect place just to do that. It exceeded our expectations. Thank you Lisa for a warm welcome and making us feel right at home. The hosts and the place are 5*+++++. Highly recommended cottage.

| Wonderful, well maintained cottage with high end linens, beds. Very clean.
Exactly as described.
Easy to find. Close to Leamington, wineries, restaurants.
We didn't sit outside much as the Wes wasn't great but many chairs available and an elevated deck overlooking the water.

| I love staying at Izzy's Lookout. Lisa takes such care to make sure you have absolutely anything and everything you could need during your stay. The cottage is spick and span and the beds are COMFY!!!
The space itself is super spacious and can easily accommodate a small retreat group or family. I envision a writer's retreat or a mindfulness group setting up here. There is so much space in the backyard for outdoor meals and a bonfire.
The sunrises over the lake are spectacular and can be viewed from several lookout spots...or even just through the family room window! Have your morning coffee on the lookout deck...you won't be disappointed.
For nature lovers, Point Pellee and Hillman Marsh are just a short drive away with lot's to do and see.
For EV drivers there is a supercharger in Tilbury right off the highway at Canadian Tire, and the IVY network is conveniently all along the 401. I was so impressed driving down from the GTA.
I will be back with my kayaks to explore Point Pellee!

| From clean and cozy to peaceful tranquility, this cottage has everything one can desire and more. The view of the lake makes this cottage a perfect place for one who enjoys a beautiful sunrise. Heading to Hillman Marsh for a lovely nature walk was a perfect addition to my work-acation.
Choosing to work at the dedicated workspace or heading out to one of the three decks to enjoy the outdoors while working on my laptop made working quite enjoyable.
I love to cook and having a kitchen with all of the utensils and appliances available made it feel like home?.only better.
Next time I will make time to enjoy the games provided and watch more TV in the spacious living room.
As a returning guest, I definitely will be coming back over and over again.
